We did the Wizards Treasure escape room today, it was my 9 year old daughter & 72 year old mother’s first escape room.
Both absolutely loved it, the room & challenges were creative, fun & challenging.
The decor & scenery were great. And most of all, our host Grant was a delight. He was friendly, informative & funny. He made a great afternoon even better.

Great escape room! We did the Wizard's Treasure with a group of 4 and had a lot of fun. Very relaxing and teamwork oriented, and I thought the story design behind the room was fun. They were also very accommodating about our time slot because we had trouble getting there on time. Would love to go back whenever I'm in the area again!

As loyal customers of 60 out, having played over 25 games and consistently provided positive reviews of other locations, I am disheartened to report the lack of adherence to promised promotions and the subpar quality of the experience.

Firstly, despite booking two consecutive games – "Casino Heist 2" and "Smurfs" – I was unable to utilize the advertised promotion offering a 10% discount for booking multiple games simultaneously. Despite my immediate efforts to rectify this issue through both phone communication and email, I received no response or acknowledgment from your team. Furthermore, assurances given by the game master when we arrived regarding a credit for the oversight have yet to materialize, causing my frustration and inconvenience. Moreover, as it was my birthday week, I was dismayed to learn that the birthday discount would not be honored. Given the substantial cost incurred for paying for a three-person weekend booking for two people, I expected at the very least to benefit from the two-person price in conjunction with the birthday promotion. The absence of this courtesy further compounded the dissatisfaction experienced during what should have been a celebratory occasion.

Adding insult to injury, the "Casino Heist 2" game offered at the HHLA location proved disappointingly identical to its predecessor at the West LA location. Had this lack of distinction been made apparent, I would not have chosen in this particular game at such a considerable expense. As a longstanding patron, I have come to anticipate a certain standard of quality and service from 60 out, which regrettably, the HHLA location failed to uphold.

Did the Casino Heist escape room, and had a blast! Trey was a fantastic GM! They give plenty of time and as many hints as you need so the difficulty really feels customizable. Will definitely come by again!

I took my student staff for a team training and development excursion and we completed the Casino Heist escape room! Our Game Master was Trey and he was super nice and the perfect amount of helpful to complete the room without us feeling like we had to use all the hints! It was an incredible bonding activity for our team and I would definitely recommend to anyone in the area!!

Despite arriving on time, my party and I were left unattended for 15 minutes, with no staff in sight. When inquired, we were casually told that Game Master Luke had stepped out. Adding to the frustration, it took the staff another 15 minutes to inform us that the escape room was non-functional, a delay that seemed unnecessary and inconsiderate. The reason given for the malfunction was that previous customers had failed to charge the headsets, a blame that appears misdirected and unprofessional. The lack of immediate assistance, coupled with a casual attitude from the six employees present, was disheartening. My request for a refund was met with hesitation, as Luke needed to check with a manager, adding to the overall poor experience. While I eventually received my refund, the situation was handled poorly from start to finish.

We did the senator room this weekend, and it was fast and a lot of fun. Alexis was our gamemaster, and she was awesome. She was fun and engaging when giving the introduction speech, and no spoilers, but she made finishing the room an absolute DELIGHT. The room was great (As are all 60out rooms, honestly), and Alexis was great, too.
