This location was really busy. It’s located right next to old smoky and after doing some moonshine tasting we stop by to pick up a rare Pokémon build a bear. Everyone was really helpful and the lines were quite long. Everyone was really nice and professional 10 out of 10 recommend this location.

Corgis are welcome to build a bear. This was fun for him and all the staff and other customers really enjoyed it as well. He picked out his bear and helped make it paw-fect. The eyes are sewn on and safe for little kids and pups, which I like.

Sawyer helped my 4 year old make his bear and he made it such a special and fun experience! All the employees were friendly and the store was well organized and clean. We will definitely be back on our next trip.

We were on a vacation and visited this place.
The two employees , one who built the toy and lady at the counter were super friendly and gave great suggestions !
They had a promotion to buy 2 for price of one .
With two kids in the group we were almost at closing time and they did not give us the second one , instead asked us to come in the morning as it’s closing time . It was very strange and unprofessional.

Very horrible manger Willow came up and insisted we leave the place in-spite of the fact that they owe us the second one . Very disrespectful person , should be trained to behave with customers !

Missy was by far the best Build a Bear employee I’ve ever encountered. She was so kind and attentive to my kids and even though it was busy, she never rushed them or seemed annoyed or overwhelmed. She was so fun to chat with while she was making the bears. We also saw her personally help out a family who was having trouble with a promo price not working correctly and she made sure everything was sorted for them. Top tier customer service!
