My husband and I were in town for the afternoon and stumbled into Berryessa Gap Vineyards Estate Winery. So happy we found this beautiful wine tasting spot! The wines were delicious and the lovely lady was so sweet and personable providing us history of Berryessa. We had a wonderful time in this cozy and upscale tasting winery. We were in on a Wednesday and enjoyed 1/2 off glasses of wine!! Highly recommend Berryessa Gap Vineyards Estate Winery nestled in a super lovely CA town!

I will definitely return here! I was able to enjoy a pretty nice and solo tasting experience today here. I tasted 5 of their amazing selections that were paired with a dish of Gouda cheese, fruit and almonds. The set up and environment was a nice ambience. The Buckhorn bbq truck truck was also present there. On Saturday evenings, sometimes they will have live performances. I hear they have a decoy tasting room on Main Street, as well and is also a popular spot of theirs. If you enjoy a nice sip then check them out. Great staff that worked today. And a great crowd showed up on this beautiful, warm day

My wife and I enjoy Berryessa Gap Petite Sirah and we wanted to show our support this past "Small Business Saturday" and do a first-time visit of the tasting room in downtown Winters to stock up on holiday wine gifts. We were greeted right away by friendly staff who proved themselves knowledgeable of all wines and everything for sale in the store—from local art to honey. Overall, a very nice and charming experience/visit. Next time, we will do a flight tasting but for now, we are happy to have local wine to give out to our friends, neighbors, and family.

Can't do much about the cold weather, but the wine tasting and distribution of my wine club member bottles was efficient. The heaters on the patio were lit, and look good, but they didn't provide as much heat as hoped.

Berryessa Gap is amazing. I first found them through a Groupon for a tour and tasting. During the tour I met Quentin, the tasting room manager. He gave a great tour and really made a connection and got us excited about their wine. I loved every variety I have tried, none of them were less than good. Many were awesome. I joined their wine club and have been very happy about that decision. Also, my mom came to visit and Quentin made the visit very special for her, and she ended up buying a half case for later without planning to do so. Someone give Quentin a raise because he's seriously doing wonders for customer relations and giving a great image for the brand. 🙂

Stopped by just to check it out.
Met Quintin and was immediately at ease with him. Did a tasting and bought 3 bottles of red.
By the time I got out to my car I told my wife we should join, so we put the wine away and went straight back in and signed up.
This is the first winery I joined and I'm happy I did.
Every one we have brought here has left with 2 to 6 bottles per visit.
I was also very sad to find out that Quinton was leaving and is now gone.
