First time doing an escape room we did the haunted mine and it’s the hardest one ! Alex was super helpful with the clues and was awesome to work with! Thank you so much for the fun experience it will be one we won’t forget!

Tori was the absolute best and made the experience great!

Did the wizard room. The room itself was a little glitchy (voice didn’t work, dark lord didn’t show up and it needed to be reset). Tori handled it all so well. it was still much fun. I’d only say that sneaking the tip in there feels a little strange. Just raise the price. Thanks!

What an awesome experience and night with my kids! I have 3 boys- 12, 9 and 7. We chose the Haunted Mineshaft story. This put our team work, critical thinking and patience to the test. And what an awesome sight to see their little faces light up with pride as they worked hard and solved the pieces of the puzzle. They had to work for it, but with a clue here and there, got it done. A must for family fun!!
And a huge shout out to Jordan, who was so kind when helping me reschedule after a family emergency. Then, she was a fun host, patient with the kids, and might have even given them an extra hint or two. We will for sure be back for another round!

The employee that helped us (she said her name was T) was FANTASTIC! She was very informative, patient and super sweet! My family and I had a great time and T had alot to do with that. We'll definitely be going again ?

I give this place good marks for the decor, at least; they do a nice job here.

We played the Mineshaft game and were bummed out that they shoved another group in with us, one with a couple of small and unhelpful children, and a dad who apparently has not had a recent shower. Yes, there’s an additional fee one can pay so as to be able to avoid this, but none of the dozens of other escape room companies we’ve played at has done this since before the pandemic. So that was unpleasant.

Only 3 hints and then we’re cut off? Also unpleasant. We paid a hundred dollars for this game, so what’s with that? Also, what’s with sneaking an 18% “tip” on the final bill at checkout? Yes yes “we want our employees to have a living wage," according to the owner responses to other reviews citing this. Then raise the price and pay them better. To be clear, I am 10,000% for tipping hospitality workers really well, but NO other escape rooms we’ve been to do this, and it seems inappropriate here.

The room had poor ventilation and with 8 people in the room, it got unbearably hot and stuffy almost immediately (despite being what should have been a cold mineshaft).

My biggest gripe is with one of the puzzles: it was a directional puzzle that was extremely poorly designed. It could easily be fixed by the company with 10 minutes of effort and a sharpie. We wasted a half hour trying to figure it out, and the repeated clues that they gave were each completely unhelpful, suggesting things we’d already tried (probably in part the result of one person overseeing a bunch of rooms at once). Afterwards, when she explained the answer, she didn’t seem to want to hear that their solution is actually one of a whole mess of possible answers because the puzzle is ambiguous.

The room had zero reliance on technology, which I guess is fine. We’re used to amazing experiences with very clever integration of technology to make the experience fun. Again, just a design choice I guess.

I dunno, I had high hopes for the place because of the great decor. I’m not sure we’ll be back for the other rooms.

I want to preface this review by saying that my team won with 1 minute to spare; this isn't the rantings of a sore loser. I wouldn't recommend this escape room unless you're just looking to fumble around in the dark for an hour (and there are plenty of ways to do that for free). The game was entirely linear, so if you're looking to participate with multiple people, most of you will just be standing around, feeling utterly useless until the next clue gets solved. The hints were no help; they just restated what was pretty obvious. We had to use 2 of our 3 hints on the same puzzle and the second hint pretty much restated the same as the first hint.
The staff working was friendly and it was a good way to kill an hour, but I don't reccomend this to people who take escape rooms seriously.

Jordan is the coolest!! Wouldn't have finished the puzzle without her and she was very accommodating. She made the whole experience that much better. Try to go when she's working! Thank you so much, great experiment.
