Amazing ebike rental experience! I am an avid ebiker & couldn't live without biking for 2 weeks when I visited Jax for work. At first, I was apprehensive using Friend With A as the middle service, but it was great! After I booked the rental, Dylan contacted me right away. I got an amazing deal on the rental! Dylan dropped the bike off at my hotel & picked it up on my last day. The bike was awesome! I highly recommend this company & will rent a bike from them again when I come back.

We rented this last week in the heat of spring break and the experience was very easy going. Every one involved was extremely helpful. Jared helped with the booking and answered all my questions as to the deposit and daily rate. Dylan dropped the bikes off at a secure location for us bright and early so it didn’t eat up our rental time up. They even made the best of a bad situation when one of the bikes lost its charge. Dylan went out of his way to make it right and offered to drop off a new battery and offer a refunded discount for the rental rate. I was extremely impressed with the professionalism from both gentleman and will be renting with them again very soon. This company strives to maintain their 5 star rating through professional customer care and i cannot speak highly enough of the people running this business.

This place is top-notch. Dylan gave us white glove service from beginning to end. They went the extra mile so the kids could enjoy two locations in one day.

The fact that they drop off and pick up is awesome. And these are real electric bikes, unlike some of the other outfits that modify a normal bike. Hands-down, this is the place to go!
