Burger was excellent, the fries were less than ok, not many other restaurants in the area though. Wasn’t crowded so waitress was able to be attentive. Good value for eat out dining

We were there from 7:35pm until 9pm… We didn’t get our food until 8:45pm. We were literally about to just leave and give up when the server said our food was just about done. No apology, no discount, nothing. Ridiculous customer service. We won’t be back. It was our second time there. The Mac n cheese tasted like they ran out of cheese so they used nacho cheese sauce on it, it was disgusting. Fried chicken was okay. Not surprised with it being a small town joint, but expected better service.

I ordered breakfast 3 eggs, sausage, and fries. Not that hard and an easy meal or so I thought. This plate comes out with runny eggs and about 10 burnt fries. I asked the cook for more fries ? and even offered to pay. I tend to am joke to ease any tension especially if this wasnt intentionally a ruined meal. I said can I get the obesity size of fries like 25 instead of 10. Yall this cook named Richard refused stating "The owner says all costumers get 10 or less fries and I'm not cooking you more". I said to him I'm paying for more. Lord he just walked off and service refused. I called the owner to complain one food not cooked, fries burnt, and the finishing touches Richard's attitude ?. This owner says he's going to straighten it out. All he straightened out was the assumption of who provided me his number. He yelled at them for a number not the lack of uncooked food, overcooked food, and the cooks blatant rudeness. Richard the cook at WB's smh you may have some personal issues going on and I pray for that but you don't treat people like that. You're in a job and that job is to serve and cook food appropriately. If you don't like it, then take the day off. We all get stressed but I'm not done with my complaint. Your owner won't handle your attitude then there's always other paths. Anyone can choose to eat there if you want to but I won't be back. I love the waitresses there and they deserve better. I cannot believe the lack of management response. I don't want anyone fired but when you treat people like that you definitely need a reprimand as well as training on social skills. I'll be calling the Health Department.

Can't rate the food because they were out of what we wanted. The place had an odor to it. The staff were not in 'clean' clothing. In the end we paid for the drinks and left. Definitely won't be back

After waiting on my food waitress came to tell me they had just sold out. That was a boomer. Order fries and fried pickles they were ok. Our waitress was very nice. Karaoke was fun.

I've gone here 3 times so far. I live not too far from the place. I liked the food. The service is very good as far as the communication and politeness of waitresses. Your food can come slower than normal but it's still good!

Great little bar and grill. We watched some football and enjoyed some tasty nachos. Staff was very friendly. Restroom could be tidier.
