Awesome awesome place!

We did the Christmas black out room today and the staff at the New Haven location did everything possible to make our experience a 10 star experience. We asked them to help make our elf Molly appear in the room for one of the tricks and they made the experience for my 6 year old so perfect that she cried she was so happy. They even went above and beyond and let my parents watch on the cameras to enjoy the moment with us. Anyone that is thinking about booking should book with them!

Be on time!! They will take time away from your Escape room so arrive early! Despite that I really enjoyed the challange of Containmemt Breach! Thank you to staff Kaitlyn was our host she was helpful and kind.

I had an absolute blast trying the different escape rooms that this company has to offer. The challenge, the fun, the excitement, keep you wanting to come back for more. I've tried rooms with my partner and with groups of friends, and every time I walk out I'm happy with my experience. The staff is amazing! The staff is focused on making your experience enjoyable and fulfilling. I cannot wait to try the next room they have to offer. I highly recommend you try one of the rooms if your a local or on vacation looking for something fun to do. I promise you will have a blast.

No one in this room has ever done an escape room before but it was a great experience with the family from St Kitts and being able to bring my son and everyone did their part in the shape room. We had literally one and a half minutes left to figure it out and we finally got out of the room. It was the easiest room but it only had a 60% pass rate. So we were very happy about that. I definitely recommend this place to people who want to do something new. Will definitely be back.

WEBSITE IS A SCAMMMM!!! Last Saturday booked for 5 people for 5 o'clock session i messed up on my billing address and they wanted me to type my card information back in correctly ok cool but it still took my money so i called she told me it would not double charge me if i go and finish and correctly put in my info so i did but it was still wrong which i dont understand and they still took my money again called back told me to wait for my bank to finish the pending transaction and they dont have my booking been almost a week and i still dont have my money. book in person not online because if you mess up even one thing they'll still take your money

We are the Elderberries ~ a group of senior women who enjoy doing new things together. We range in age from 64 to 89.

Today (7/24/21) we did Christmas Blackout Escape Room and my goodness we had such a terrific time. It was fun and exciting. We “escaped” with 58 seconds left!

We also want to say how wonderful the staff is, especially Spencer. He was great at explaining things and helping us have the best time possible! We will definitely be back to try some other challenges!!!
