We had such an amazing time here! It was my first escape room and I didn't really know what to expect. Our game master Eric was super nice and attentive. He explained everything so well. We just BARELY escaped before time ran out. It's great that they give hints without penalizing the players. Perfect for someone like me who has never done an escape room before. We'll be back for sure!

The people working here are great, they have always been super on top of all my bookings. Most recently I had some party members get sick and I am leaving town and the team at the store was very accommodating for my situation and were wonderful with helping me.
100% recommend them for anyone looking for a great escape room. They deserve the 5 star rating they have!

Parker and Than were great! Fun experience with our 7 year old saving Santa, he loved the experience of doing puzzles and codes and locks. We did not do kid mode, and the grownups did a lot of the thinking work but there was so much inputting of codes and other manual tasks that he was quite happy to focus on that and still feel vital. Older kids would be able to reason out most of the puzzles. We didn’t have to pay for our son because he was 7, and that made it a great deal. Enjoyable experience for the grownups with kids there; probably not without kids.

Loved it. The Scooby room brought up a lot of childhood memories. A wonderful experience. The staff is polite, friendly, and very helpful. I would definitely come back to try orient express escape room.

So so much fun!!!! Liz and Josh are such amazing staff, always there for us when we needed it :)! The escape room was hard but not impossible ( we did mansion murder with a group of 2) left with about a minute to spare.

The theming is unmatched, the hints are actually helpful and the story is so compelling!! Will definitely come back with more friends :)!

These rooms are top notch! We’ve done many games in many cities across the country and this one stacked against the best! Than was an amazing guide and game master. Juliet, as well. This team makes you feel like family! Fun, exciting, comfortable atmosphere! Recommend 10/10!

AMAZING!!
Ava and owner were so good with the Rescue Santa!!! Our 3 kids (ages 4,6,9) had a blast and was so into every step of solving the clues. I can’t lie, mom and I had a blast as well!!
Great way to spend an hour with your family.

Our game master was Audrey and she was amazing! She helped us the whole way and was so sweet, kind and polite. We had so much fun! Can’t wait to come back!
