A couple of friends and I have been looking for a place to to have someone teach us warhammer 40k. This place has been the most welcoming shop in the pinellas/Hillsborough area and it was definitely worth the 45 minute drive from Saint Petersburg. Thank you to everyone that helped us learn, we will definitely be coming back!

I am an avid collector of football cards and certain comics so I check out collector shops I have never been to whenever I can. While this store did not have items for my hobby (nor did they claim too), I was impressed with the store and the amount of selection it had of dungeons and dragons along with Warhammer items, paint and books. They also had a sizable area to play what I’m assuming is magic the gathering and it seemed like a friendly atmosphere if you are into that sort of thing. Overall, it seemed like a very good business even if it did not have my specific hobby.

Poor and Unfair Customer Service
My boyfriend and I, drove 50 minutes to visit this store, eager to purchase a TCG booster box. To our shock, the employee refused to sell us the last box, claiming it was being “saved” for local customers. My boyfriend even offered to pay the price of single packs, but we were still turned away. The entire experience felt not only unfair but also discriminatory (which I hope not). We can’t help but wonder if our race played a role in this treatment. As loyal collectors, we expected to be treated with the same respect as any other customer, but instead, we left feeling undervalued and disrespected. We will not be returning and caution others about shopping here.

I appreciate the clarification, but your response only adds to my frustration. Whether the employee was new or not, the fact remains that we were treated unfairly. We made a reasonable offer and were still denied the opportunity to make a purchase, even after driving a long distance to support your business. Suggesting we speak to someone else next time doesn’t change how poorly we were treated in the first place. This experience has left a lasting negative impression, and I’m deeply disappointed that our concerns weren’t fully acknowledged in your reply.

Great trading card store! Would drop in any day to get sealed product from it. Was surprised to see such a wide selection of sealed TCG products while on vacation. Got to score some one piece trading card game set 5 booster boxes sealed, practically for msrp. Owners and store clerks are super friendly!

Always enjoy coming to this store! They aren't skimpy on prizing support, gold bandai store so they get the goodies, and no charge for D&D tables. Love the new location too!

Super friendly staff. Very helpful. Family friendly. Each week night and on weekends there are gamers playing and they welcome newcomers to join at the tables. There is a wide gaming selection of products and accessories to choose from. If you don't see it ask if they don't have it they can get it.

I highly recommend Warehouse - especially as a nerdy woman. I always feel safe and welcomed here, which can be hard to come by in the gaming world. I’ve even made new friends through coming to the store! The staff are very helpful and engaged with the community as well, and it’s fun to see them join in and play games with customers as well. Warehouse 51 Games also always has new products and games in store and are always looking for new ways to improve the store and grow the gaming community to be fun and safe for everyone.
