Perfect location. Immaculate grounds. Clean pool and deck. Very dated but perfectly clean room. While I may understand the owner’s reluctance to do a full-blown upgrade, there are a few things that are not that expensive that could make the experience much nicer. A nice foam pad on the mattress would make the bed better. And a plastic feeling couch in the living room, which looks like outdoor furniture, could be changed for something more comfortable. Otherwise very functional. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect location, especially if you just want some peace and quiet. The owner is laid-back, and you can tell it's a family affair to run this place. It kind of makes it feel more homey. Publix is just up the street, and they lovingly stock each efficiency with everything you need to make a decent meal. You'll save a lot of money eating in on your vacation, but I can understand if you don't want to lift a finger on your vacation. If that's the case, some of the best food is in walking or short driving distance. Across the street, you have great pizza at Stavro's, just up the road, you have fine dining on Granada. You have all the tools to reheat your food the next day and hit the beach and sun yourself with the cute ghost crabs. I'll likely stay here again and again. I tell all my friends to go here if they want a relaxing vacation with the best amenities.

Absolutely love it first time here! Peaceful, clean, beautiful room like an apartment! Reasonable price great location and easy access for the beach, pool. Just everything excellent! I will definitely be back. Love that its family owned. Please dont sell to other people who will raise prices and let the property fail we all know they're out there.

We Thank them for being so kind for giving us a full credit for our three night stay, due to the I. T. debacle with the airlines. We canceled at the last minute and expected to pay for at least the first night. We have stayed at The Traders Inn several times and always had a pleasant experience! Great pool, beach and accommodations!

Been staying here for 10+ years for our annual family vacation. Staff is super friendly- shout out to Mike on the 5th floor- He helped with anything and everything we needed. Small and homey vibe here at Trader’s. Best bang for your buck beach access condominium in Ormond. Very close distance to some small business restaurants. Can’t wait to be back next year!

I love the area and the service was fine. The room was overpriced. The pull out queen sofa was horrible to sleep on. The room was dated but it was a room big enough that was needed.
Could be much better for the money.
