We had such a good time! We only had two people, so it was a little challenging but still felt very doable. We didn't make it out, but we got so close and are ready to give it another go.

Our group has done escape rooms before and have escaped them all, so when we saw that the rating for The Vault was 3/5 stars (same as The Classroom, which we beat in the past) we figured it wouldn't be too difficult. It was disappointing that all of our time was spent in the first room trying to solve an extremely difficult puzzle. I don't mind difficult puzzles but it would have been good to know the true level of difficulty especially since we had two teens with us. We will be visiting another escape room company for our next outing.

The owners were incredibly kind and accommodating for my twins' birthday celebration. Even though they didn't quite make it through the room in time, the kids had a fantastic time, and I could hear some entertaining jump scares from down the hall. We will be returning very soon!

Probably the worse escape room I’ve been to. My boys and I arrived a few minutes late. No one suggested any sense of urgency, yet when we
Started we had only 50 minutes. “They told you this”. They did not. But ok. I understand. Barely explained the goal in vague terms. “Any questions?we did not know enough to ask
A question. The challenges were not vey logical at times. You are separated from teammates at one point (no one warned us. Separate rooms. Hard to hear each other). There is the constant movie playing of zombies trying to break in and you are forced to listen to the constant sound of slurping and whatever noise zombies make. Hard to see things. No flashlight. Told repeatedly to put my phone away (was using flashlight function). Staff barely present. Few words spoken. Overall flop
