Best card shop in Port Charlotte! Corey is very knowledgeable on all TCG’s and always makes us feel welcome. Also one of the only shops around here that stock One Piece. Very nice.

It looks like we had the same experience as all the other one star reviews. Granted the gentleman behind the counter was eating his dinner when we came in, but he never said anything to us until we were halfway out the door. The inventory was really underwhelming as well. We just moved here and I was excited to finally live in a town with a TCG store. I’m really disappointed that this was it though.

8/31-The gentlemen at the register paid no attention to customers, and the store was pretty dead, he was too busy watching anime, when we asked for a price he barely moved his eyes from the TV, he just heard what we said and quoted on the wrong card because he didn't look to see. All Pokemon cards packs were sold out , no ETBS, boxes,and they were only selling the cheap trick or treat packs that you give away on Halloween. No customer service. Looked like he was chilling at his house, not working. The attitude and the way he carries himself made us leave.I was so excited to check out this location and left disappointed.I don't know how long this store location will last without good customer service and actual inventory to sell.

Excellent place I came in and cory was very helpful knew where to find every card I needed has excellent variety of cards packs one piece Pokemon and Yu-Gi-Oh and my personal favorite magic the gathering. He built me a budget winning deck for maby 50$ and with some of the best prices in town the deck I got from him does not loose much games in standard for anyone looking to get in the game Cory at the secret hideout gaming store is the way to go .

What a disappointment!! I visited the shop looking for a particular card, only to be met by the rudest man behind the counter. Anime was blasting in the background and anytime I asked a question it seemed like an inconvenience for him. I’ll never be back here again and urge others to take their business and money elsewhere. Totally unprofessional and waste of time.

A couple of weeks ago, I went into the store to purchase a Pokémon booster pack, hoping to support a local business. I asked about the price of the booster packs, assuming they would sell them for around the same price or slightly higher than Amazon. However, they were selling them for double the price. When I mentioned how much I was paying on Amazon, both employees gave me a rude attitude. After our conversation, I browsed the rest of the store. As I was leaving, I said goodbye to both of them, but they ignored me as I walked out the door. I Was really looking forward to having a local card shop to go to, but its back to amazon i guess.

Great customers, always willing to answer every dumb question. The person who was running the store was able to help me find the ETB since around the area was sold out. As well as I was able to find some yugioh set that was not in stock. Great place to look for yugioh, MTG, and pokemon. Now they are doing a One Piece event 9/7 at 8. I am so going
