I highly recommend doing this if you are in Sitka. Great way to get around and see a lot. Megan and Zoe were so helpful. We rode out to the Fortress of the Bear and a few stops in between. The “Cross” trail was tough, but well with it.

A really really fun way to get outside, slow down, and see Sitka! I highly recommend renting bikes for the day. For people pretty comfortable on bikes, the gravel trails are SUPER fun to rip around on. We rode from the cruise terminal down to Fortress of the Bear and took Thimbleberry back (not for the faint of heart), enjoyed downtown, and rode the Sitka Cross trail back towards the terminal. A super lovely day. Also got to take some cute photos with my new wife 🙂

Had a great time ! The e-bikes worked exactly like the employee said they would. Good range - instruction was spot on. And very nice and quick process of getting out on the road to see beautiful Sitka. For those that like bikes and great scenery this was perfect !

Wow! 10/10! Amazing way to experience Sitka! I've never ridden an e-bike, so I was a bit nervous at first. Kings gave me an excellent tutorial and a map to help me explore. I felt like a pro adventurer at the end. 1/2 of the ride hugged the ocean & 1/2 we chose to explore the forest trails. When I come back to Sitka I’d rent an E bike instead of a car. It was just so much easier to get around. Thanks Kings!

This was the best, most fun activity my family did on our Alaskan cruise! We loved riding the trail to Sitka and exploring the national historic park. The bikes were easy to use and perfect for trails and roads.

I was apprehensive to rent an e-bike, but it was the only bike available for rental on a Sunday and I had the best time! It was so fun to cruise along the cross trail. I Biked all the way to blue lake which tested the battery on the way back, but the owner came to my Airbnb and replaced it for me. The owner gave me great trail recommendations and I appreciate him pausing his Father’s Day activities to bring my bike downtown. 10/10

Best Alaska Cruise excursion. We rode to Sitka town, harbor along coast and Sitka Totems. Sooo much fun. Easy to get around and E-Bikes had plenty of power. We rode a trail through the woods on the way back to the ship. Fun for family. Next time we will rent longer, we didn’t want to come back!!

Highly recommend doing this there’s a nice wide bike lane to ride. They gave me some great recommendations on some trails to ride on my way into town which gave me a fun ride and great photos. Later in town I could move around faster than if I was dropped off by bus and had to walk. Things I should have done... Wear gloves when it’s cold out hand get cold going fast. and rent the whole day two hours is not long enough to see everything.
