STAY AWAY! Do your research!! Plenty of pool companies in the area!

Contract means nothing to them. Breach of contract!!, and as much I want to go after them legally, it will cost me even more than I already lost. So let me explain, they took over a year, and it’s still not finished. This is my 2nd review as they begged me to take down my first with the promise of fixing my issues. Well not only did they NOT fix my issues, they also missed payments on some of their subcontractors and those subcontractors started threatening me with legal actions against my property.

Next issue lack of care and lack of safety. I’ve had to hire an additional cleanup crew because they left my backyard unsafe. Nails, wood, tools, wheelbarrow, my cage isn’t bolted down correctly, pavers tripping hazard, you name it was in my yard.

Dominic was a great salesman, but good luck getting him to return you calls, the one time he did, he told me he only works with sales…. Wow!

Office always had an attitude when it wasn’t about selling you anything.

John seemed about business until it was time to handle business.

Worst part about this is that was referred by a friend who also regrets working with Apollo Pools!

Buyer beware! Read the reviews , do your research, check the better business bureau.. Don’t say you weren’t warned!

This is by far one of the most frustrating and unprofessional businesses to deal with I would highly recommend looking at other pool services John the owner does not care about any issues that may come up he only wants the money we pay monthly I’ve had issues with green pools and they never fixed it after months and months of calling and trying to get ahold of him it seems he is never in office for maybe 10 minutes and then leaves. The pool techs seems to have no idea what they are doing when anything besides basic maintenance comes up. My son actually worked for this company and not only did they take his last paycheck and still hasn’t paid him ( it’s been over a year) if you want your pool to not look terrible and actually have a good knowledgeable tech I would go with any other company.
