Best experience ever! Our new pool table is beautiful, well constructed and solid. Edgar, Michael and Carlos were very professional, polite, and accommodating to our needs. The pool table was delivered on time and it matched what we expected on every detail. The quality of the materials was topnotch. The attention to detail was ever present. The two gentlemen who came to our house to install the table really knew what they were doing. The quality of the felt was superb (Simonis) and the kit with cues, balls and rack was great. Would recommend and would use again if needed. Great job!

1. Got started way too late in the day and ended late. They were not familiar with the Diamond Professional and struggled to assemble it.
2. The cloth application is not acceptable and had to be replaced by an outside source at my expense. And it was expensive. BF said Simonis is not available yet I was able to buy it at retail from a billiard supplier.
3. 4 bolts not installed on frame. Loose bolts.

Diamond recommended BF as an authorized dealer but the installers are not factory certified/trained. I expected a tournament grade set up to factory specs.
The purpose of my feedback is for those considering getting a Diamond Professional from BF. My review is strictly for a Diamond Professional pool table. For a Diamond Professional buy elsewhere. If you are a banger or clubhouse player and do not know what a good set is then BF might be ok for you.

I cannot recommend BF. To make things worse I never got a call or any effort to bring the table up to proper standards.
EDGAR does not does get involved with delivery/set ups. You will get his family members. They are nice people but sloppy installers. Especially the cloth.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! These people are scam artists!
These guys will not do what they promise. They WILL use your money while you wait. Pay them by credit card and don't wait more than 30 days for your order. Otherwise you will loose your right to dispute the charge. BTW to confuse the situation even more THEY WILL BILL YOUR CARD FROM A DIFFERENT BUSINESS! Big scam, according to my CC company.
THEN AFTER NOT CREDITING MY CARD AS PROMISED THEY FOUGHT MY CC DISPUTE !!!
I placed an order for a Legacy Back Bar on July 2nd.
Mike the sales person explained to me it would be a 2 to 3 weeks wait because my item had to combined with their monthly order to Legacy's warehouse in Tennessee.
Ok I gave them 3 weeks.
Then no calls, no updates.
I had to call Mike twice on the 3 rd. week, cause he didn't answer his voice mail.
When I finally got him he said it would be in the following week. Ok , no problem.
I waited until Tuesday of the following week . Again he doesn't answer voice mails.
I finally got him.
He says he'll call the warehouse in Tennessee, takes my number and says he'll call me back. Why he needed to call the warehouse did not make any sense to me.
Now I'm pretty sure he's lying.
From 09:30 AM Tuesday I waited until Wednesday PM.
Called them , no answer.
Sent him an e mail on Thursday AM, and told him I was cancelling the CC if I don't hear from him in a 1/2 hour.
Never called me.
I got the warehouse in Tennessee on the phone.

The Legacy representative said the item was never ordered!
And there were no orders from these guys going back to April!!

I cancelled with Billiards Florida and ordered direct from Legacy's warehouse . Guy said it will be shipped free via fed Ex freight in 2 days.
I emailed Mike back and asked him how he could possibly do business this way and lie to customers.
His response was another LIE!

THE DISTRIBUTOR TOLD ME HAD NO ORDER FROM BILLIARDS FLORIDA SINCE MAY!!!
HE NEVER PROCESSED A REFUND TO MY CC, AND HE'S FIGHING THE DISPUTE I PUT THRU FOR FRAUD TO MY CC COMPANY!!
What do you think? Honesty or another lie?
I can't understand how compounding a lie is how "business" people operate today.

Billiards Florida went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. I worked with Michael and Carlos who both took good care of me.
I bought a 2nd hand pool table that was in excellent condition. I had it customized with black felt and it was delivered to me in less than a week.

I had one minor issue with the leather pockets but they came back out and fixed it at no charge.

Their prices are affordable and the table came with many accessories like the set of balls, cue sticks, a table cover, ball rack, chalk, and brushes.

I Highly Recommend Billiards Florida. 5 stars!

I gave these people a deposit in early February 2024 and they promised delivery in 3 months. I would call for updates and they told me that the table arrived and was in a warehouse and would be delivered within a week. That was a few months ago. Now they do not return my calls nor my deposit.

We have had issues with Billards Florida and our pool/dining table since we purchased it. At first, our delivery was delayed. Then, once it was delivered, there were broken pieces. So, it couldn't be set up. Then, on the second delivery/setup, they sent the wrong pieces. On the third delivery/setup, it was finally set up, but the table top has scratches all over it. There was also a dent on the border of the actual pool table. We sent the pictures to Michael from Billiards Florida and was informed that a warranty claim was filed. I followed-up constantly and was informed that he hadn't heard back from the company. It's now been over 4 months and still no response. Also, from the time we purchased the dining pool table, Michael said he was going to provide us with the touch-up paint pens. To date, we still have not received same.
