Jacob fue educado, respetuoso y muy profesional. Llamamos para los servicios a las 11 y a las 12:30 ya estaban en nuestro domicilio. Vino a arreglar el aire acondicionado porque no enfriaba en absoluto. Y Brenda en la oficina fue muy educada y comunicativa. Definitivamente recomendado.

I'm a long time customer of this company and they have always served me well. From the moment Josh showed up to fix my AC, we made a connection. He explained everything he had to do and assured me he could get it done in less than the allotted time. He wasn't wrong. Josh is highly skilled, knowledgeable, and cleaned up the area before he left. My unit is under their maintenance plan which saved me $160 and covers routine maintenance to ensure my unit is working efficiently. They have excellent technicians, especially Josh and Dean, excellent service, and they respond quickly when i need them. I would definitely recommend A Stepping Stone for your AC needs.

A Stepping Stone AC Service and Heating has serviced my Air conditioner for approximately 20 years. Many Thanks for the Reliable and Courteous Service over these years. I would especially like to thank Jacob Hall who came out to my house in June and repaired my A/C. Jacob showed great determination to fix the problems with my unit. Also, I would like to thank Dean Garret who came out to my house this week and was so very thorough in his work. Both Jacob and Dean were very respectful and courteous.
