Underwood AC is nothing but pleasure to work with - they have installed new AC units for us a few years ago and we're on a maintenance program with them. Last week maintenance visit was performed by Mara and she even took her time and called me to ask about replacement filters and gave me some tips to make sure the system is working the way it's supposed to. She's awesome. Underwood AC is awesome. They are quick, reliable and very helpful. Highly recommended.

Had an appointment rescheduled the next day due to Hurricane Helene. Mara was the service technician, very professional and knowledgeable. Definitely would recommend their services to anyone. They also included photos of service work performed.

I will sing Underwood AC’s praises all day long!
We came home from a vacation and found our house at 100+ degrees. Originally I scheduled a technician to come to the house with Frank Gay Services, but something told me to call elsewhere and get a second opinion. Underwood AC was my next call and immediately I knew we would be using them instead of Frank Gay.
The owner of the business answered my call and he asked me questions while offering advice/solutions before offering to schedule a technician. I knew we were in good hands after the first minute of our phone call! He suspected our thermostat might be the issue, and when I told him we actually have a new thermostat ready to go he said “do you want to install that yourselves and if it’s still having issues tomorrow I can send someone out? Or would you like us to install that for you today?” He was clearly NOT trying to squeeze every penny out of us and I felt like I could trust this company.
The technician (I did not catch his name ?) showed up in about an hour or maybe a little less from that initial call. He installed our new thermostat with ease, stayed with me to make sure it was all set up on my phone correctly, stayed a few extra minutes to make sure everything was working properly after installation and answered all my questions. He was SO nice, professional, sociable and did fantastic work. I felt like he went above and beyond for us! He even offered to sweep up some dirt he accidentally left on our floor which was the least of my worries at the time, but so sweet of him to offer. He had everything done in about 30 minutes. We paid $198 total for the service fee and thermostat installation which was well worth it for the level service we were provided (and to make our house comfortable again!). Cannot recommend this company enough, thank you!!!!

I'm new to Florida after 54 years in my prior home state. Finding a reliable contractor here is not easy. My neighbor highly recommended Underwood and I gave them a try. Glad I did. Mara came to do my first maintenance and was extremely thorough and informative. Hopefully I won't ever need them for much more than semi-annual maintenance, but good to know companies like Underwood AC, and Mara, are out there.

These guys are just amazing they diagnosed my system was about to break down on Tuesday ….on Thursday morning They were here putting in a new system. Kenneth and Bob were fantastic …helpful friendly just great service. The system is running great and I’m thrilled. Thank you, Adam and Heather and everybody over there. We just had an AC repair almost after hours from Tony. He was incredibly nice and knowledgeable. He patiently answered all of our questions and even got more information when we asked. The warranty with this company is more than worth it. This was such a stress-free experience considering our AC went out in Florida. Cannot recommend them enough and highlight how great they are as a company. 10 out of 10.

Underwood AC was amazing. I had a major unexpected issue and Heather spent a lot of time helping me and easing my mind. Jeremy Fallman came out today and spent time thoroughly checking everything and giving me a detailed update with what should be done. I cannot recommend them enough and look forward to using them in the future 🙂
