Was having the hardest time finding a room during a road trip. By chance when we got here at 2:30am there had been a recent cancellation and my family was able to get a room. Roxanne is a rock star! She truly made my day with her kindness and positivity. The room is clean and smells good. The beds are comfy and the sheets are soft. The bathroom has normal wear and tear. $15 pet fee is super reasonable. Grateful we found this place and for Roxanne.

Pick any other hotel
Arrived after midnight and got the kiddos down before turning on the heat only to find it was blowing cold air. Didn't want to go through waking them up to switch rooms so decided to deal with the freezing room.
Woke up to the bathroom floor covered in water from a leaking toilet. Wet socks first thing in the morning...yay 🙂
Checked out and requested some kind of comp or refund from the lady at the front desk, she called the owner and he promptly refused.
Hopefully this review will cost him more than the $75 he saved from not compensating us for the miserable stay.

We were traveling from Florida to our home in North Carolina after Hurricane Helene. We didn't know what to expect as both areas and all of Georgia were affected greatly. We were blessed enough to get the Quality Inn. Many of the surrounding areas still were without power. When we arrived my wife checked us in and was greeted by the front desk lady. She had 2 phones ringing off the hook, a line of people looking for a room , but she kept her composure. I also was blessed by one of the men from the power company in the area helping folks get their power back on. We were eating free breakfast in the dining room and met a couple whose home was totally destroyed by the hurricane. They were both crying, it was heartbreaking. We prayed together and finished our breakfast. It was truly a blessing for all of us.

Rooms below average in cleanliness (stains on bedding and carpet), toilet seat needed to be replaced (so many stains and blemishes, couldn't tell if it was clean or dirty). Otherwise, updated large sink area and comfy beds.

Breakfast is very minimal, and no coffee prepared, seems like management is not prepared or doesn't care.

Location gets slightly higher rating because walking distance to several restaurants.

We were evacuating from hurricane milton, so thankful for place to stay; but will avoid in the future.

The rooms were clean and the property looked well maintained. Conveniently located near several gas stations and even a couple of food chains, when you're traveling this is a great stop to work in if you need rest. You will need your own USB charger though.

And the guy at the front desk, (manager maybe?), the most courteous, and helpful ever! So nice. The water here, is HOT, super hot, and the ac works amazingly well too! Beds were clean, and comfy. Wifi is strong. I'd stay here again.
