I stay at Hilton properties world-wide for work. I’ve seen the best of the best and worst of the worst. The staff here in Bainbridge is awesome! I’ve been properly greeted each time by the hostess at the front desk and each interaction has been pleasant.

The rooms need a makeover - they are showing their age. The sink is not mounted well, the bathroom fixtures leave a lot to be desired, and the lamps are actually showing rust!

I fully understand that updates cost, but rusted light fixtures drive away customers. Just saying…

Breakfast could definitely be improved. The food is acceptable, but that’s about it - very little selection compared to other Hampton Inn locations.

Also, the rooms have mini-refrigerators but no microwaves - what Hampton does not have microwaves

The welcoming and friendliness of the staff was beyond belief. Room was extremely clean and everything worked. The room, to me, looked old and could use refurbishment. I would stay here again given the hard working and friendly staff

The whole staff needs to be fired and start all over with caring and compassionate people. They don't give 1 *hit about you. Been going there for years to see my brother in a nursing home and the last stay was the last one ever. I even filed a complaint with Hilton and they don't even give a *hit. If I was you Don't go there. Disrespectful and also up charging. You have been warned! I now spend my money elsewhere.

This hotel needs a major overhaul. The grounds do not look like they have been mowed in months. The shrubbery is overgrown and the grass is growing over the sidewalks. You would almost think the property is abandoned. One of the elevators is out of order. The side door on the south side of the hotel is broken. My room didn’t have a smoke detector. The remote was missing the back and several of the buttons did not work. The light in the bathroom was missing the shade. I asked for my room to be cleaned in the morning before I left for work. When I returned, noone had serviced my room. The pool is out of service and looks like it has been for some time. It is summer in South Georgia. You would think the pool would be open. With the poor maintenance on this property, I am surprised Hilton has not pulled the flag.

I came all the way from Fort Myers Florida and this hotel did not disappoint. Ms. King and her staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect.

I gave rooms a 3 star due to the mold in the shower but other than that great place and the roaches a man brought out of his room. Stacey was amazing and gave tons of recommendations to visit, eat ex.. while in town. I highly recommend staying here.

Ok so my original one was for my technician that stayed here. This one is for my stay first off the outside grounds are not being kept up grass is knee high all around the building there's weeds and stuff growing in the flower beds the service was ok when I arrived BUT I read reviews after I got here and I have to say after killing 4 ROACHES in my room I will not be staying here again this is the nastiest and non maintained Hilton I have stayed at and I have stayed at over 100 different ones from Georgia, the Carolinas and Tennessee whoever owns this place needs to be held accountable for their poor management of this location. DO BETTER.
