Wow !!! Big thumbs up experience. I entertained 15 clients from the mid-west. Out for a two hour sail with dinner and music, it was a hit. Jennifer, Jean and Captain Albert took the time to point out celebrities boats and houses. Made out guests feel comfortable and appreciated! I would highly recommend this team and company if you are looking for best in class service.

Palm Breeze Charters was such a fabulous experience. The crew Mike, Steffa and Nick were wonderful! They were very accommodating and knowledgeable of the area. The music was a total vibe and made the ride even that much better. If you are ever in the area it's definitely a must do activity. I can't wait to go back again.

We took a group of 25 guests out for a pre wedding cruise on Palm Breeze today. The boat was clean and spacious.
The crew was amazing!!! Steve , Mike and Jen took great care of us. We were able to sail which was an added bonus! We highly recommend Palm Breeze.

Amazing Team with Captains Steve Michael. They catered and took really good care of our group of 30. Well worth it and great overall experience, hospitality and fun. The Catamaran we were on was also really nice, kept well and easily fit our group of 30. Thanks to the entire team for making our birthday celebrations so special.

Took the sunset cruise last weekend for my wife’s birthday with a group of around 15 people. The crew (Mike and Steve) were great always making sure we had drinks and keeping everyone entertained. Holly was very fast at returning our emails and answering all our questions when trying to get everything arranged. Many in our group have said the Palm Breeze is definitely a place they’ll be bringing friends/family visiting from out of town. I look forward to being able to do the fishing charter some time soon.

Booked a trip. Paid made dinner reservations near by and reserved a car service. 2 hours later they cancel because they got a larger private party. No loyalty to a paid customer, just who had more money. Would never trust or do business with a greedy company. Now on vacation with no plans on Saturday night. No apology either wouldn’t even answer the phone. Texted me after I called.

Beware people.
Wow great customer service. They don’t like my review. So post my phone number. That’s the way to show customers you appreciate them.
What kind of business are you running. Cancel a customer for a bigger party then start a behind the screen fight when you don’t like to hear the truth.

Jen, Steve and Capt Albert were fantastic. Great afternoon out with a swim, the sailing was good, saw a couple turtles. They were very attentive and great conversations.
