Our guides were great! The manager, Scott, seemed arrogant and demeaning. Everyones equipment seemed VERY worn past the safety line. Not much of a double check of our harnesses, they all seemed loose and low.
Good zip course. It was fun. Last two zips of the third course were the best, biggest, longest and most fun.

This was a fun and safe zip line tour. I recommend going through level 3 to experience longer zip lines and beautiful views of the lake. Guides were knowledgeable, personable, and made you feel comfortable during the tour. You do have to walk over some ladder and tight wire bridges and climb big staircases. They take pictures along the way for no charge so nobody has to worry about that or losing phones. Well worth the money.

We had the BEST time! The staff made us feel welcome and at ease. The guides (Evan and Ethan) were not only knowledgeable but also incredibly fun and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The ziplines themselves were thrilling and provided stunning views of the surrounding landscape. We felt completely safe the entire time thanks to the high-quality equipment and the attention to detail from the Evan, Ethan, and the rest of the staff. Whether you're a ziplining enthusiast or a first-timer, I highly recommend Screaming Eagle Aerial Adventures for an unforgettable adventure.

My husband and daughter did level 2, and had an incredible experience. They were assisted by Peyton and Cayden who were extremely helpful, funny, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this activity for any adventurous kid or adult looking for something fun and thrilling to do.

Scott and Evan were fantastic guides. They took their time to encourage and congratulate the kids in our group that were a little nervous. And explained the dos and don'ts of ziplining to them in an understandable way. 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone visiting Helen.

We did a lot of activities on our vacation but this was by far my favorite! Ethan and Blaze were excellent guides. The equipment is really safe and you definitely get your money’s worth.
I would recommend that if you do it, do all 3 phases
