I reached out to Stern about a new pinball table and they directed me to Aaron at Gameroom Goodies. I purchased a pin from them and the experience was excellent on all fronts; great communication, prompt service and delivery, and expert installation. The pinball table had a faulty flipper right from the factory, which was quickly corrected by Fred and the team. I feel confident knowing I have these guys to lean on for any issues I can’t tackle myself. I will definitely buy from them again.

Called tech support and told them I was having problems with my golden tee / bowling game and eventually got frustrated with the guy (tech support)
because he was treating me like I was stupid. I eventually told him to f- off
And he in turn proceeded to curse me out..
I had a similar problem several yrs ago when I contacted them over the same issue..
I'm never doing business with this company again..
Not only do they sell faulty equipment they are rude impolite and treat people like their better/smarter than. I've been in the vending/gaming business for almost 30 yrs and have never dealt with this kind of trashy behavior. I will continue to post about this incident on every platform I can.

I ordered an arcade machine from them that came very damaged in shipping but showed no damage on the packaging ( i think it was damaged in transit than re packaged). I contacted the company and they sent me a new LCD screen to replace the destroyed one. However the new screen still has black horizontal bars appear all over when the games running making it unplayable. When i asked for advice on what the problem may be and even offered to pay more for replacement parts they never replied to my emails.
