Anahit’s work completely transformed my perspective of my reality and my truth. I had experienced a lifetime of personal people-pleasing in all of my relationships and learned through deep healing of past traumas how to reclaim my masculinity and actually shape and define a life I actually want to live. Us as humans have so little guidance when it comes to the transition periods in our lives, and without her coaching, I would still be lost in how to define and retake joy, happiness, and calm with myself. If anyone has experienced burnout or complete exhaustion entering into their 30s or 40s, I strongly encourage her coaching. Although it will require deliberate effort, it is so worth the personal transformation, if you’re bold enough to embrace the journey to mental freedom.

Since my session with Ali, I have felt more consistently connected to my life force energy, my magnetism and my pleasure. I feel deeper layers of self-trust and self-connection, propelling me into my next level of fullness and expression.

I instantly felt trust though Ali’s presence and was able to drop in quickly to our session. Ali was very effective at communicating and facilitating the session. When we did "parts work" and connected with parts of my subconscious, it was uncanny how well she was able to recite back to me the things that my "parts" had shared with precision. I found it very helpful to hear those things said back to me and really etch the new pathways into my subconscious. I also appreciated her checking in periodically along the way and asking for my input to help guide the session in the ways that felt most relevant and getting the results I specifically wanted to focus on.

My key takeaways were the healing I experienced from a failed relationship all the way back in 2008. I was able to find resolution and closure that I didn't realize I still needed. Even following the session, I was able to look back and see the break-up in a whole different way than I'd ever been able to for the past 16 years. I was able to directly see the ways in which I was rejecting and abandoning myself due to the rejection I perceived as having come from my partner at that time. These underlying feelings in my subconscious were directly blocking me from experiencing the joy, pleasure and connection within myself I so desperately have been seeking! I knew on a mental level that there were blocks happening, but hadn't been able to piece it all together on my own.

Within one week of our session, I was able to connect to my internal joy, pleasure and self-love in the ways I had been desiring but felt unable to initiate or access on my own. I was able to create the self-connection I desired and move life-force energy within myself at a deep level. I also had requests for five dates within two weeks of our appointment! I feel more open to love finding me, because of the unblocked love moving within myself. I also feel more free and open as I move forward launching my own love and relationship guide business. I feel more free to own and express this part of myself, instead of feeling imposter syndrome.

Ali is an amazing practitioner, a true healer, and the best kind of magical witch! Her techniques go beyond coaching and mentorship. She has tools to excavate stuck energy and emotions from past lives and ancestral generations. Her intuition is spot-on. Ali is an outstanding empowerment coach and gave me insights into my behavior helping me to see I have a choice in how I react to my spouse. She also helped me to take the perspective that everyone has issues and to be honest, direct and kind in how you approach people so they aren't feeling attacked.
