The space was very nice and perfect for me to decorate for my friends surprise Halloween birthday party. Pricing and location is great and was a very clean facility. The only down fall was that it was very hard for guests to find once night time came. The venue doesn’t have a way to stand out on the dark road. Neon lights or a lit sign of the venue would have helped but otherwise everything was perfect. Kitchen was great and fully equipped for our food and drinks. The owner cart was very helpful and informative and very responsive. Thanks for everything. Perfect venue for any small occasion

We rented the J.W. Smith community building for my wedding and small reception (50 people) and it was beautiful! The lake was a wonderful backdrop for the ceremony and the room was great for the reception. The building is pretty bare but it has a lovely wood burning fireplace and it's a great blank slate to create your own design. My fall wedding was perfect in the log cabin feel right on the lake!.. ps. Everyone I worked with from the venue was so helpful and friendly

The atmosphere was amazing & the view of the lake with the pavilions was beautiful!!! Just to sit and listen to the water and just relax was just mesmerizing!!! Such a beautiful place!!!

They need to restock all of the lakes because, you can only catch a slim variety of fish that people enjoy eating and catching....
