I cannot recommend this place enough. I got stationed at FT Stewart, living in Ludowici and Twisted Oak had everything I needed for my Walker. He got there a few weeks before I did and Melanie, the owner, was in constant contact with me about him. Anytime my horse has had medical issues, she immediately let's me know with updates. I was deployed for 9 months and didn't worry about leaving him there. Melanie sent pictures while I was away. I have been there for over 3 years and I hate to leave. I have never had any drama there, have always been able to go and enjoy riding when I want, and can trust that he will be fed and happy. Highly recommend to all horse owners!!!

Absolutely amazing experience! I have 2 very young kids and they lived it completely. Ponies were excellent for my littles and the owner was so patient and kind and great explaining to my kids. We are definitely going back!

I can’t even begin to say how great Twisted Oak is! I board all 3 of my horses here and they are well taken care of at all times. Very professional people, Melanie gives my girls and I great pointers during lessons and group riding sessions. And the Arena is amazing to ride in! My home away from home!

Twisted Oak Ranch is amazing. I lease a horse at Melanie’s and take lessons. I love the group I ride with and the knowledge Melanie has. If you are looking for a great place, Melanie and her family is the place to go!

I took Western riding lessons here for almost a year before I moved. Great start to my riding education, and I always enjoyed my time here. Everyone is very kind, welcoming, and know what they're talking about.

Riding was fun! You also get to brush your horse, saddle, ride, take your saddle off, brush the horse again and then give them treats!
Our two boys had a blast!! Our 2 year old thought he was a cowboy and waved his little hat. Our 5 year old was able to trot his pony and had a ton of fun with him.

Awsome experience. Melanie is a great teacher and she was very knowledgeable and patient with my daughter. 10 out of 10. We will be coming here on a regular basis!
