Good honest business wit fair prices. If u buy a game that doesn't work they will swap it or give u credit. Humble emoyees n they even have card games. Worth the time n money

Bought a ps2 from here it stopped reading disks. The receipt says 14 day return for electronic. The guy working the counter said only 7 days and just plugged it in and said it was fine. Wouldn't put a disk into it to see that it wasn't working and told us nothing we can do about it. This is unacceptable! The receipt says 14 days and they would not honor their own policy. It has been 11 day. I will never shop there again. I will try contacting the manager tomorrow. I just can't believe they treat people like this.

Marci and James are great staff so plus one star. Most Lorcana TCG singles(rare and higher) are at 300% markup or more. There is a markup for sealed as well. If I could make a suggestion, remove the restaurant door to the play tables and either leave it open or install a door that can stay open so people can see the action. How else are you going to grow a community when people don't even know others are playing games there? It looks like an employee only door. Bonus: prize support has been pretty decent for league and events.

Will update my review score if changes are ever made.

If you haven't had a chance to stop in, you are missing out! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. There are so many selections available. While all the staff is amazing, Marci goes above and beyond and they really know the games! 100% recommend Game On in Cottonwood.

Great place to have in town. The employees are all knowledgeable and friendly. If you need help with learning a game like Lorcana, Pokémon, or MTG they are more than willing to help and answer your questions. They have a great selection of video games, comics, board games, Warhammer accessories and trading card games and accessories. I can loose track of hours in this store.

Large selection of board games, model kits, science sets, RPGs, puzzles, building blocks, books, board games, fidget toys and video games. They have a good selection of used video games for sale. They also rent out board games, which is great for the escape games you might only want to play once. I saw a ton of gift ideas in this store that I will be returning for.
