This is an honest review We came to look at these apartments and were given multiple layouts to look at. The staff was friendly and we loved the apartments with the amenities so we were sold. We applied, got approved, and had the move in date. The day of the move in date, I called the office and let them know my ETA was about 12:30pm and asked if that was okay. The woman who answered said not a problem however when I arrived, they were closed for lunch. I had to wait with the moving company until they came back from lunch to get my keys and start moving in. Once we moved in, we have had a great experience. Any issues we have had, we put in a maintenance request and they come out and fix it. The maintenance crew are awesome and talk to you outside of fixing your apartment. The office staff is friendly and always talks to you. Any problems we’ve had, they have fixed them all within a reasonable timeframe. I will say getting in and out of this area is a lot easier because of the back gate but sometimes it doesn’t work which makes it harder for us to get since we have to go through the front. FYI we have been here for 5months and love it still.

Pay over $2k a month for poorly built apartments and poor management. For our shower to leak in the apartments below us and maintenance comes in and leaves the wall open for 2 weeks making it smell like insulation, comes back and “fixes” it (it’s been another 2 weeks) and then our other bathroom ceiling light starts pouring water from the apartment above us.. they also “lost” our initial payment of over 2,300 and had to ask us to send them proof we paid it 6 months ago..also, every time we turn on the heat, it stays on for maybe 45 mins max and the breaker flips off- every time we run the dryer for more than 2 loads, the entire power shuts off and I have to go outside and flip the breaker. They are aware of this and nothing has been done besides send out an HVAC and immediately left because it is an electrical problem and not hvac, yet still haven’t sent anyone else. it’s difficult to get a hold of anyone at the desk and you have to ask multiple times to communicate to you when things are going to be fixed or when they are coming in.

I have lived at Wentworth Park for half a year now. The location is amazing as you can easily get to Pooler in a matter of minutes. The community is always in clean shape and the pool is my happy place! Also, Yuli in the front office gave me my tour which was amazing. She is always in the office to help whenever I have questions. It’s nice to see the same smiling faces in the office unlike other places I’ve lived that had high staff turnover. This place has got it going on! If you’re looking for an apartment in Port Wentworth this is the place to be!

I came in recently to do find information about your apartments and Katie was an absolute treat to deal with. She was incredibly informative and helpful, and was a lovely tour guide. The apartments are great, but Katie is what sold me. If these are the employees you hire, then you must care for your residents.

Allier is the prettiest property in the Port Wentworth area. I love the fenced in backyards and the privacy it gives. The staff is wonderful and maintenance does a great job. Thank you all for creating a sense of community.

We came to view and apartment Friday late afternoon on Nov. 7th . We were extremely interested in renting and had actually planned on starting the process that evening to rent.. The lady working said she would not show us an apartment and to set up an appointment. There is no where on the website, door etc. that says you have to set up an appointment. She said she was by herself and had to much to do. Every place we have ever looked at only has one person. They put up a sign or at least talk to you about it. We had drove over an hour and even after telling her that she stil brushed us off. Gave us no information and was rude. This place obviously do not want to rent apartments. The way she treated us told us everything we needed to know about the way this place is ran. They need to try getting someone working that has better customer service and knows how to multitask.

I love living here, this is a beautiful complex inside (my unit) and outside. The staff are kind as well as professional, and the price is currently right for me (Praying that it will stay affordable!!).
