I had a great experience with my six-year-old daughter. Certainly the height and the obstacles are a little nerve-racking, especially for a small child whose leg width and height is merely enough for the obstacles. But my daughter did really well! Ory And Grace were awesome. They were cheering her on and were there very patient when she was scared in the zip line process. It is a very cool course and hope to come back again one day to do part B as well!

Excellent zip line course. Worth every penny. My ten year old daughter had a great time. Plenty of obstacles and zips. Guides are friendly, patient, professional and love what they do. They are very encouraging to the kids and keep them safe. We’ll be back!

We had Maddy and Abby and we Loved them! They are super quirky and made us feel safe and comfortable! This was my first time and they just boosted my confidence with every Zipline! I recommend them to anyone. I'm sad that I can't give a 10 star review for them because they deserve it.

Update (7/31/2024): Never heard back from them despite responding to my review.

The ziplining was great. The service wasn't. We were the first group of the day and it was 2 of us. We also purchased admission to the center per the site. No one asked for proof for the admission the center. Basically, we purchased it and never did anything with it. It's a donation, so I'm okay with that, kinda. The gentleman at the desk was very nice. After that it felt a little cold and impersonal. The guides didn't ask our names or engage in any small talk. It felt very perfunctory. I even put a note on the reservation that it was my husband's birthday. I was hoping for him to get a warm welcome and happy birthday. None of that happened. Our gear was on the ground with no checks once we put it on. More like, "You got it? Good". The experience was great. But the service wasn't. You're told there are water stops. There are none. One of the guides offered me some of theirs. Then the pictures. I wasn't expecting Reuters but what I got wasn't great. I barely saw myself and had a selfie of the guides. I paid for that, I guess . I even emailed asking about the picture my husband and I took before and asked for a copy. My husband got better pics from the ground than what I got. The email was never responded to. I'll definitely zip line again, but I'll find something with a little more customer service.

A MUST DO!!!!! WELL WORTH EVERY PENNY. We really enjoyed every minute. Only one issues, you must also purchase the natural walk which. wasn't mentioned until we arrived, this is an additional $12 per person. But after having so much fun, i would have paid that each and every time.

My mom, daughter and myself came to zip line for Mother’s Day. The experience itself was amazing & so were Ally & Sam who gave us the tour (if I have their names correct).

The lady at the company desk was a bit rude. Also, we were told we would be getting pictures, but my mom was having issues getting the confirmations & waivers to her email. I got it sent to mine. I thought the pics would’ve been emailed to me but they weren’t.

The first time was amazing. The second time we went the employees lied because they wanted to leave early. They were less than pleased that we showed up and it was obvious. The scripted jokes were flat or skipped. Exchanging with the group was done by one gentlemen who you could tell felt bad for our experience. Some of our group came from 3 hours away one way. I drove 1:5 hours one way. Management was not willing to comp us because they can’t “comp” something we didn’t get. Actually we did get level 1 and 2 and were told level three lines were “closed”. Treat your customers better Screaming Eagle. There are several different ways you could have made this right. There are many other Ziplines to choose. I would suggest a different place to take your organization or families.
