They have some very nice, kind people working there. But, they have a few of the rudest people I've ever come across dealing with customers. The manager even told me that one of the young females had open HR complaint cases at the very moment that I was letting him know about my service. Two specific people need to not ever work with the public again. They aren't just rude. They have no idea what they're doing.

The pharmacy had me waiting for 20mins while asking this woman about every immunization she ever took. All I wanted was something for sinus pressure. Then they didn't even have it. Frick off!

I have to say, this is the WORST pharmacy I have ever been to. They are slow, rude, interrupt you when you're talking or asking questions and they always have a "I hate working here" attitude. I used to work in a pharmacy and it was MANDATORY to answer the phone by the second ring. I, and I'm sure many others, have been on hold for ridiculous amounts of time - one time for 16 minutes until someone actually picked up the phone. I have been inside and watched as they picked up the phones and put them on hold again without explaining to the person on the line to please hold. I have no idea how management hasn't addressed these issues? This is ridiculous. There are plenty of people that don't have jobs that would be happy to work here and bring WAY MUCH BETTER service than there is there now. I will say that I've come across one nice person in this store. Other than that, this store could use a good cleaning and I'm not talking about dirt.

Very disappointed in the way they handled Covid vaccinations. Customer before me waited an hour with no one in the vax room. Several people left.
I waited about a half hour, long after the last person left.
For people nervous or skeptical, that gave me enough time to think about it and change my mind.
Not helpful in getting these vaccines out to the public.

My mother recently changed to this pharmacy for convenience purposes. As a retired nurse, she is in the habit of counting her prescriptions. When one of her medications was 12 short, today, she was told that it wasn't possible; they were counted multiple times. They weren't ready upon our arrival, and were rushed out in 10 minutes, and she was a nurse for 25 years, but she was wrong?

I agree with the last entry entirely. The staff is rude and very unprofessional. It took 24 hrs to get my prescription filled and the tech argued over the price with me. We will not ever have another prescription filled here again.

Very unprofessional...held my prescription for a week without letting me know any info. Every time you call they leave you on hold for long period of time then when they answer they put you back on hold. I will never use Walgreen again worst experience ever.
