Avoid this company at all costs! The technician never mentioned any service charge until the last minute. When we refused to pay, he got mad and broke our AC on purpose. We had to bring in another AC repairman to fix it, which cost us another $150. My relatives have also had terrible experiences with this guy. His repairs don't last, and their AC units keep breaking down. It’s clear he’s just in it for the money and doesn’t care about doing the job right.

Jesse and his guys are wonderful! Very fair prices, communicative, capable, quality.

I have used them to install new AC in 2 different homes.

I had a pump go out (part issue) a few months later with the most recent install and I reached out. They had someone there with a new part within 90 min.

So delighted and impressed.

Only caveat is that if it’s a new AC install in an old building know where you want them to run the cables, they tended to just run them on the wall with a cover and I needed to come up with a cleaner solution, they weee happy to oblige though.

Highly recommend this company. Super trustworthy.

Jessy Perets gave us a wonderful quote to replace a split system, and his foreman, Xavier, was very thorough when explaining the possible unknown costs after the bid and why. They are a Carrier rep and offer the best product at very competitive prices! Give them a holler. You will be happy that you did!

Professional, courteous and considerate in terms of noise. He had to crawl underneath the house for part of the repair, so he got a little dusty with dirt then had to come back inside to reassemble the heating unit but not a problem at all because he even cleaned the dirt he trailed in. Very considerate and fixed the heating problem. A++ rating, great company!

Our heat went off last weekend and the house was very cold. Grand Heating & Air Conditioning response was swift, sent their emergency team within minutes to check on our unit. They were well informed and very thorough in their work. They were also good in communication throughout the process! I highly recommend them!!

I was contracted to do the electrical on a 4unit building and needed someone to handle the issues with ac units. Service tech was very punctual and took care of units that were accessible. 2nd visit same tech on time and very professional with tenants. Afterwards, he explained the scope of work and definitely corrected the issues. A bonus.. . woman who handles the calls in office, does a very nice job coordinating eta of tech. Good team over at that company. Will keep recommending Grand Heating and Air..
