We have been back from this tour for less than one hour and had to come write this review. It was an amazing experience. First, Rich and Derek could not have been more attentive. The snorkel spots were perfect, we swam with at least eight sea turtles and saw beautiful coral reef. Also saw several whales. The food was delicious. When one person began to feel the affects of the rough waters, Rich offered her several methods to make her feel better. We were a group of four and every single one said 5+ stars. We will definitely book this tour again on our next trip to Maui.

Great morning of snorkeling and whale watching. The weather wasn’t great, but Derrick and Rich made it a wonderful trip. We did two snorkels in great visibility. We saw a lot of whales as well. Derrick and Rich were both knowledgeable about the whales and snorkeling and took excellent care of the group.

I highly recommend them and will book with them on our next trip to Maui.

We went on a snorkeling tour with them and had the best experience. The crew was friendly and welcoming. We saw turtles, so many fish, urchins, beautiful reefs, and whales (bonus). The crew/guides were very knowledgeable and the service was excellent. I didn’t know when we booked they served us and would check on us through our the trip. My husband and I want to book again with our kids. They would love it! Thank you for a memorable and awesome snorkeling trip.

We have been on all the different tours on Maui, this outfit is hands down our favorite! Nice small boat that gets you close to where you want to be. Terrific locations with best conditions and awesome wildlife to visit. Safe and comfortable as well. Non swimmers will enjoy it as much as the veterans. Fantastic crew. Shasta was especially amazing- super knowledgeable about the wildlife and gives you a tour of the reef system you’re looking at. Highly recommend and we will rebook whenever we are in Maui!

I was very skeptical of the fact that their reviews are all 5 starts, but booked it anyways. Now having done the tour I fully understand and agree with their deserving rate!
Not only we had to deal with rescheduling the tour, but l got very seasick during the snorkeling trip. And all of them were absolutely helpful, friendly, prepared and very good at what they do.
When rescheduling, I was surprised by their professionalism and commitment to helping find a solution.
During the tour, Derek was absolutely ready to assist (had all tips and tricks to make me feel better and it worked!)
And Emma, was amazing! Her customer service and assistance (in and out of the water), as well as her knowledge of the all the fish and dolphins we got to see
A well deserved 5 out of 5 starts!

All I can is WOW! It was the perfect day on the water. We saw multiple sea turtles and dolphins and the snorkel sites were great. Makiya, Shasta and Emma were nothing short of fantastic. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this tour to anyone looking to snorkel on Maui in the Ka’anapali area. ❤️

One of the best snorkeling trips I have ever been on!!!! Professional, courteous, and flexible. This was smaller boat that seated about 20 which allowed the captain and two crew (call out to Shasta) to make sure we saw everything and always made sure we were comfortable, safe and fed. On our trip not only did we go to two sites to snorkel, but we saw lots of dolphins and a family of whales

We had the best experience on our Magic Merman snorkeling adventure! Over 2 hours of snorkeling time, tons of beautiful fish, and dozens of sea turtles spotted. Our staff were extremely friendly, informative, and fun. You could snorkel independently, or follow the guide. The food and drinks on board were also delicious! You can tell its a smaller company because of the amount of time and care they put into making your experience great. Highly recommend!
