Amazing experience! Jared (like the jeweler, not the sandwich), Kaylee, and Lexi were great! It drizzled the morning that we went, but they had light jackets for participants. We did the 6-line tour. The views are fantastic. A little bit of walking involved, but its only a few minutes at a time. Jared had music playing and took lots of pictures/videos (available for purchase). Would definitely recommend this tour!

We had an incredible time with these folks. Super friendly and helpful at check-in, the front desk lady answered questions and got us ready. Our main leader Justin was awesome as well getting all set up. The ride up to the mountains was pretty wild, but a lot of fun. We did the six zip line tour and all of them were awesome. Beautiful views of the coast and the mountains and countryside. Our second guide Kyle was also great, super friendly helpful and they both made sure that everybody had a great time, 10 out of 10, would definitely recommend and do it again!!

Highly Recommend Kapalua Ziplines! We had so much fun! Registration was easy, location easy to find. Friendly and accommodating right when you walk in. Our tour guides were Dylan, Jamie and Kyle. We opted for the 6 line tour which includes a few extra fun perks. ATV ride and the bridge were exciting additions. We felt safe and most of all had fun soaking in the amazing views of Maui! I purchased the picture package after and it is worth it! Thanks to our guide Kyle for going above and beyond to get awesome action shots!

Wow, we had so much fun and would highly recommend doing the 6-Zipline Tour! The customer service was fantastic. The front desk staff answered all our questions and the tour guides were wonderful. Justin provided us with extra information along the way and even gave us some fruit to taste. Justin also did a great job remembering our names. He took some cool pictures (which we purchased once we got back), but a better camera would be helpful. I brought my camera (kept it in a zippered pocket) and took the two attached photos.
I highly recommend Kapalua Ziplines!!!

As a business owner, I know how important reviews are. I’m glad we chose Kapalua Ziplines. What an amazing experience! The booking process was easy. They called the day before to confirm. The check-in staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. They had lockers to store our belongings. Our guides were unbelievable - Jared, Dillon and Uncle George - what a crew - Personable, funny, engaging and informative. The zip lines were well maintained and very safe - the harnesses were the most comfortable I’ve ever worn. They took pictures and videos throughout the tour so we could just enjoy the time and the stunning views. My 14 year old so and I had a blast and would recommend this company to experienced people or beginners. 5-star for sure!

Adhering to the minimum weight requirements is MUST. Cannot stress this enough. If not, the participant will not make it across the entire zip line (especially the 2000’+ long ones) and the staff has to retrieve you. This causes a backup on other tours waiting to ride.

We had that happen to friend’s children who were 62 lbs (over the minimum). They had to be retrieved three separate times. Except for a minor delay, everything was safe.

Zuli, Dylan and Jaime were extremely professional and courteous. They made the entire experience fun and kept us engaged. Highly recommended!
