We recently visited this place for a birthday party. It has good and spacious rooms for small celebrations. They also offer party packages if needed. We had organized a birthday party last year around this time in the gym hall. It was great one and many friends liked the hall. But unfortunately this year we came to know that it was collapsed due to some structural changes observed, I do not the exact reason but that room was the highlight of this place to me personally. I do see there are weekly activities happening at this place so it gets booked quite soon. Overall a definite place to consider if you are looking to organize a small get together or throw a party. It’s in the Buffalo Grove area so residents of this area get concession compared to other village/city residents.

Buffalo Grove Park District has been great and we are happy to raise our kids here. They offer many events, the community is friendly, we rely on their camp and field trips etc.

Buffalo Grove Park District is wonderful. The facilities are well maintained and there are a good number of affordable classes to attend. The web site has a facility listing which is a nice feature in that you can search the parks and what they offer. This was a huge help to my family in picking out places to go play with my young children. Glad to see my tax dollars being spent well.

As a sibling of a police and military family, my wife and I were severely disgruntled with the behavior of the BGPD during the community event. The officers were making my son very uncomfortable as I was watching them constantly interacting with him. I have voiced my concerns about this incident. There were other unprofessional instances during BG Park District events

Beautiful place and the park was very well kept! I appreciate the soft padding as the playground floor.
