Excellent collection of Pokémon singles at prices comparable to TCGPlayer (lots of really valuable cards too). They have a PC if you're curious about certain cards and prices not on display, but the employee was very friendly and helpful. Some video games and collectibles. Would visit again if I lived in the area!

I've been a long time customer of A2Z's and Randy Arena's and have bought countless products and cards from his store (even after he has moved 3 different times). I really hate resorting to this option but after years of Randy "playing the victim" and calling us "negative influences", I felt like I had no choice but to leave this review to give fellow TCG players a heads up.
PLEASE BE WARNED.
When you buy a card from his store, there is a VERY high chance you will be banned from his store if a card just so happens to go up in price a couple days later. I promise that I and my friends have never "bought out" cards or tried to "shark" his store just to make a quick buck. We don't believe in that. My friends and I are avid Yugioh players and we look for new cards all the time. Some of us play the same deck and when that happens, we need multiple play sets of a card. The way the market works, is sometimes cards will get unbanned which will raise the price, or a pro player will make top cut at an event which will also cause prices to go up. Several of my friends have lost out on multiple orders over the years because, instead of honoring his prices (or simply just doing his job and updating his prices), he will cancel your order and ban you from his store.
The truly funny thing about the whole thing is, Randy will also constantly complain about how none of the Yugioh players will show up to his store to play. How can we now though if we are banned? Not to mention most of us live anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour away. We have careers, families and a life outside of playing Yugioh so we can't always make time to show up.
I don't wish ill upon him or his store, but rather send warning that anybody who steps into his store might pay for overpriced cards, have their order cancelled and potentially be ridiculed behind their back.

went there last night in search of pokemon cards - and was very happy i did. they had tons of packs, specific cards, ranging from vintage to present day. amazing customer service, very nice and helpful people. perfect for collectors and competitors 🙂

Terrible customer service. Multiple times I was turned away and told they were to busy to pull an order I had placed. Multiple times I placed an order later to be told the items I ordered were not actually available. Shipping options are absurd, twice I paid extra for priority shipping and waited over a week before being told they were shipped. On both occasions my orders were Never shipped. If you turn down a purchase because you're not pleased with the condition, they will essentially chastise you for wasting their time. Bottom line is they do not deliver on their guarantees, they do not provide accurate information to their buyers, and they do not treat all customers the same.

So really hate resorting to this but feel like I have no other options at this point. Have been a repeat customer for a while now and have placed multiple orders online as well as buying in store. A little over two weeks ago I put in an online order to be shipped. I waited patiently for a shipping confirmation (I believe they are in the middle of a move, which I understand can affect things) to which I never got. I finally decided to reach out by phone, got no response. Decided to try texting the number that had text me before about a previous order, got no response. Sent an email, no response. After several days with no response, tried Facebook message, again no response....again I understand the difficulties of having to move locations, but a simple response to a customer's concern I feel should just be a common courtesy...

I went in to sell some Pokémon cards I had collected when I was a kid. The staff was amazing. And they gave me good money for what I had. I went during a birthday party so the place was really busy. They still took the time with my collection to inspect each card and take care of everyone that came up to the cash register. I'll definitely be back to support this store.
