I rarely write reviews. If you are looking for a place to sleep it would probably work. I was in town for a wedding, and figured my wife and I could stay here to save a few bucks. Yea, not a good idea. The room had what appeared to be black mold on all the baseboards. The bed did not appear to be clean, or at least clean sheets on it. It was a sketchy place. The young lady who checked me in was very nice, and helpful. However, we declined to stay here, and threw the money away. We just drove home 2.5 hours instead of staying here.

Perfect place for the price. Have great weekly and monthly rates upon request. Little out dated but really clean, honest, loving, calm, safe place. Love it. Workers really recommend this place because it is very continent and cozy with exterior rooms makes really great for any one needing fresh air and great for smokers.

If I could give this rating a negative Stars I sure would I was a long-term resident of this Motel until today. After residing here for close to 6 months, I'm less than 24 hours late paying my rent and our room was cleaned out everything thrown in the dumpster. I will notify the police and I will be taking legal action against what I just assume is a Mr Patel

Pet friendly Ha!!! I just brought my Dog last night left with no messes from the dog. The manager male asian said I can't bring my dog back because she shed to much and they had to clean the room now. And wash the bed sheet. I said I hope you clean the room before the next person. All he could say is that He was upset because he had to clean the room. I don't recommend this place because they are not pet friendly. Which a shame because their site says it. Don't waste you're money IF THEY DON'T WANT TO CLEAN THEIR ROOMS. DISGUSTING

The new management is doing a terrific job of renovations and clean up. It was a great night and I loved the new fixtures and furnishings and overall clean up. I lived in Centralia for many years. I have stayed there many times prior.
When my life took a downturn they alleviated for my health and put me up in a comfortable room with a lot if privacy. I needed a tub for soaking and I wanted quiet they rented me the best room.
As did this new management did upon my two day stay the week of September 26, 2018 - the Saturday. Tyvm .
I praise the new management for the efforts he's placing in renovation and cleaning up .......

I arrived here in Centralia about two weeks ago to visit friends. I stayed at this hotel and I don't reccomend it to anyone. The staff is horrible and very rude. They would only give us clean towels once a week which is very unsanitary when your a nurse. There was cock roaches everywhere. We even had magats on several occasions. You are not allowed to have the air on at all. They shut the breaker off to my room because he said having it on was running his bill up. The rooms were mold infested. I had to go to a hospital and get shots because my feet were all messed up from the shower floors. They don'ttake pride in anything. The owner wwould cuss us and yell at us everyday because we would ask for towels. This is a horrible hotel. Plus there is drugs all in the hotel. We actually seen the staff doing drugs through the window. I do plan on taking this to the health department and will be filling a law suit against the hotel. I do not reccomed it to anyone. I am from Dalton, Georgia and I promise you I will never stay here again.

I have read some of these reviews and i highly recommend this place if best western is to pricey for your blood or just passing through and need some rest. it is VERY clean. nothing fancy but fridge,microwave, BUG FREE beds plastic is still on them some of the beds are so new. working ac..no junkies or nonsense roaming all hours. the staff was very polite and helpful and located right next to the local police department for extra safety. they had free net, coffee waiting for me in the lobby before heading out to the balloon fest along with some helpful information. and my dog was allowed to stay and only required a five dollar deposit. they just require respect and clean people.
