It was nice to fill the air conditioner kicking when I walked in the door. The ice machine was full and it's located in the office, the bathroom was clean and there wasn't a lot of people they're really. And I will say the firm bed to me was comfortable. And there is Kiwanis Park right behind there if you need to stretch your legs or anything. So all together four out of five stars.

Requested a non-smoking room, which is what the sign on the door said. When we got into our room, the smell of stale cigarettes was horrible. Not a good lace to stay with asthma. We were not able to stay the night and we’re refunded our money. Unfortunately, the good reviews are deceiving.

I made a cross commute from Indianapolis last weekend to stay here. Definitely rural area and an older motel but for $55, you couldn't beat it. Micro & fridge in room, excellent WiFi connections, fairly comfy bed, plenty of electrical outlets, a bit outdated but everything in good working order (except for a shower nozzle spraying in other directions, yet water pressure was good). Temperature control outstanding. Rural area, very quiet, yet just a half hour or so from other bigger towns. I basically back up what other reviewers here and at Yelp & Google are saying. You get a good bang for the buck here. Quite pleased, will return as I have occasion.

the motel is very nice. The owners are good people and treat people with respect. They have a large area behind the motel for animals. Our dogs had a great time. They also have a park for your kids behind the motel. We will stay here in the future if going through Clinton. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are good size. Nice flat screen tv and the water is hot in the shower. Wifi works great.

Pretty nice on the inside for it's age. Wi-Fi works great, multiple routers. Great price at the door. ||||Nice new tvs with digital cable. ||||Only parking for large vans or smaller. ||||Close enough to multiple places to eat and a grocery store

I stayed at this motel for two months while on an internship. The owners were extremely nice and very helpful. It's well ran, the rooms are very modest and well kept, and the kitchenette rooms were wonderful for a long-term stay.

I highly recommend the Wye Motel for anybody looking to stay in Clinton, especially if you have children. There is a park right behind the motel with lots of equipment for parents and children to enjoy.

Clean, adequate room, at a great price! Stayed overnight while fishing at Clinton Lake. Located just a few miles from the two popular launches (West end is about 8 miles) and the main launch through the campgrounds is another 4 miles. You can park your boat/trailer right outside your room and there are plenty of electrical hookups to recharge your batteries.
