I have never encountered a more professional, more friendly, more knowledgeable, or a more helpful clerk's office and staff. They are outstanding.

With the tools available to help this has been the worst experience I have ever had with customer service with humanity respect or just kindness for that matter. I've never been turned away from capable able women that are in their position to do exactly that to .....help. They are very inexperienced with the legal forms they are legally responsible for providing. Needing mothers or people with no resources such as Internet, a printer or fax machine. I really hope this review is reviewed by somebody that can actually shed some light on this issue. I was told and turned away and directed to go to the library where each piece of paper is going to cost money whether it be a couple cents or not. I promised a woman in need of help that we would not be turned away and in fact we were and I've never been more disappointed in the legal system or this circuit clerk's office in Crawford county.
