I used to like to gamble in there anymore you walk in that door you are not acknowledged they act like it's a bother if you ask for a drink they sit there on their phones and ignore you completely

This was a good place to gamble @ until Friday when someone stole my voucher out my machine & I've been trying to get in touch with the owner so she can role the camera back so I can see who stole my $. I've called her to ask her to call me back so we can resolve this matter, but she hasn't returned my call. I've called 2 times, but no response from her. Also her attendants also let her know about the situation. But still I haven't heard anything. So this let's me know she don't appreciate her patrons or care about they're safety. Yes I got robbed there & the owner has done nothing to help, as rolling the camera back so the police can see who the ppl are. Ur on camera as soon as u pull into the parking lot & when u step into building. So I will never visit there again. So I would say Be careful when visiting this place u might get robbed & the owner will do nothing to help u.

It’s such a shame that people can post whatever they want about employees at Jake’s just to leave a bad review. My experience with Ashley is one of the best I have ever had. She makes sure the games are cleaned and is very attentive to the customers. Because of Ashley I will be coming back to this place! Keep up the good work Jake’s!

First time going here and it had absolutely no air conditioning NO air flow whatsoever...so for that ill give it a 2 star bc it's not good feeln haven to whip the sweat from ur forehead so it don't go in ur eyes to u can see 4o play haha but no it also is super small really tight space. Other than that j guess its ok other than the fact there machine's made me broke ?
