My wife and I stayed 1 night, arriving before 2PM to a nice receptionist who checked my ID, processed my payment, then presented the key cards with the wifi. We walked up to the 2nd floor.|Room #207 was carpeted, clean and spacious with a very comfortable king, desk & chair, easy chair with foot stool, closet, medium sized refrigerator, micro, coffee machine and medium sized TV with a hotel guide(Bloomberg, CNN, ESPNs, HGTV, local networks & 35 channels). A large opening window with a wooded view through spider webs. |The sink was separate and outside the bathroom with a tub/shower, soaps and fan.|Good secure wifi, ample outlets, good lighting and quiet under window AC/heat. I did not use the outdoor pool.|The 6AM breakfast was very good and attended: juices, no fruit, 3 cereals, scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, muffins, sweet roll, toast and coffees. |Overall, we had a quiet night’s sleep and enjoyed our stay.

The hotel needs / needed a good vacuum. The carpets near the entry and stairs were filthy, my mother had commented it was worse than motels in other countries.

The rooms were adequate but seemed dark.

The breakfast was good and kudos to one of the male employees who helped me function the pancake machine. There was another male employee during the night hours who was not at the desk and in the back, inattentive, empty coffee machine and wore unprofessional clothing / head wrap as if he was napping.

Parking lot was ample. I would not stay here again. Maybe worth $90 a night I believe we paid over $300…

This hotel was gross. The room was dirty. The door appeared to be broken into, and the repairs were awful. Carpets are filthy, and the room is in serious need of repair.
We kept our shoes on and asked for a sheet to cover the sofa before we set on it.
The floors were dirty.
Opened the fridge and the odor was horrific.
Smoke alarms kept whistling, as the batteries were dead.
The washing machine buttons were broke and it took over 15 minutes to fill the machine with water due to needing repairs. Theres only one washer and dryer that were filthy and needed replaced.
Our bedding had spiders on it.
We checked out early.
The staff was kind, Id have to blame all of this on Best Western Hotels .

Didn’t have a room available at check in at 830pm at night. Got a room with 2 double instead of 2 queens. ||Very dirty feeling in room. And there was nothing left at breakfast when we went down. And there was still 2 hours left. ||Stay elsewhere if you can.

Seems the Railroad crew was in town. Even though we had requested at handicap roll in shower was told nope . Yet the front men rented four other rooms. Seemed the room we had was not ready. Yet they wanted payment first. That was first time I had paid up front. Crazy for sure. I was told could be cleaned and fresh sheets. Came back pillows straighten up. As u can see not clean hadn’t been clean for awhile. Hum the last straw was when we had no tv, neither tv worked . Seems the box’s was stolen than turned on AC and it started to smoke on high. At that point front desk came to tell us they give us another room. Yet called back to say sorry not one available stay or not. We got refund yet hard to think no other room since three ppl got a room while we waited for refund. To the two men that was waiting for our room. Good luck..sad beginning to wonder bout best western.

Checked in late without a reservation prior. Due to a long cross country road trip. The staff are polite, the rooms are immaculately clean. Very little road noise. As long as I remember this place exists I will return for future road trips. I only regret not taking the same route back home to visit again.

No longer BW, this property is now Baymont Inn. After reading mixed reviews, I was a little leery but smiling Michelle at front desk put me at ease & let me see my room before checking in. The nearby Holiday Inn Express was twice the price, the Quality Inn was sold out and the Red Roof Inn got terrible reviews. All I was looking for was a clean room at a decent price, and I found it here. Triple sheets on comfortable bed with lots of fat, fluffy pillows. Towels appeared to be brand new, bright white & thick. Fridge/micro & in-room coffee. Free wifi w/ample signal which I really appreciated, because I only had one bar of service via my AT&T personal hotspot. Old school park in front of your room w/exterior entrance made it super EZ to walk my little dog. Parking lot was well lit & I felt my vehicle was safe. Be prepared to hear the trains passing through. Nothing fancy, ind you, and the carpet needs either deep cleaning or replaced but it certainly met my needs & I'd stay here again.

On a road trip from Minnesota to Pennsylvania. This place was picked by eeny, meeny miney, moe. Online the price was quite a bit lower than what we were quoted at the desk. Didn't feel like driving somewhere else and accepted it. When we got to the room (#108), it smelled extremely strong of some kind of cleaning fluid. We wanted to air the room out but couldn't get the window open. Instead turned the room unit on high fan. Went to dinner, when we came back it was the same. Had to sleep with the sheet over our noses. The room looked fie. The breakfast was some hot items but poor spread overall.
