Last Wednesday, my spouse and I bought tickets to see the wild robot at 8pm. We have arrived late to movies before due to other circumstances and sometimes we like to skip previews. We have never had any issues going in after a showtime starts. This AMC does not have their closing times listed on the website so we were unaware they completely close down after 8pm on Wednesdays. After buying the tickets, my roommate had a medical emergency and we had to drive her to a nearby hospital. After making sure she was okay, we still tried to make the movie on time. We got there at about 8:15 and the doors were all locked. We were super confused and then a guy who looked like the manager started walking up to the door to talk to us. All he said was “we’re closed” repeatedly without hearing anything we had to say. Then we tried to explain the situation and he said doors lock after showtime. We understand we were late but his attitude and blatant disrespect was extremely rude and uncalled for. I am sure there were people watching the movie inside too, is it that big of a deal to let us in to watch a movie we paid for? He also did not give us any information on how to get a refund, and did not apologize in anyway or seem to care at all. Extremely bad customer service clearly something is wrong in this mans life to treat others with such rudeness, I genuinely feel bad for him. I also feel bad for the other employees who must have to deal with such a heartless angry coworker. We were regulars here but will never be returning after this.

Our experience was pretty good recently! However, there’s no changing table in the mens restrooms which for this day and age is ridiculous. My husband just laid a ton of the toilet seat covers on the floor. Probably costs as much as a changing table does. The mozz sticks were 10/10 as always
