I can’t recommend Step Into Adventure highly enough. I recently returned from a solo trip to China that was largely planned and facilitated by SIA international trip advisor Susan Brown. I had not traveled internationally in a very (very!) long time and Susan assisted me in every facet of planning, making the end result much more enjoyable (and far less daunting) then it may have been if I had attempted planning the trip on my own. If there were rules or regulations or documents that I was unsure of or just didn’t know about (and there were more than a few) she did the research and got the information to me immediately. I definitely will not hesitate to use SIA, and in particular Susan Brown, for my next foray into international travel. Tai xiexie ni le, Susan.

Jill has planned the last three Disney vacations as well as one to Universal Studios. I would NEVER consider planning a vacation without her! Her attention to detail cannot be surpassed. She approaches her planning from a very personal approach. I recommend you request her by name. I guarantee you will be in awe of her expertise and attentiveness!!!

Kate has worked with me on 4 vacations now. 2 to Disney World, 1 to Disneyland and 1 cruise!! She is professional, friendly and knows what she is talking about especially with Disney. It is always stress free and she will give you advice for when you are there. I highly recommend using Kate for any of your vacation needs!

10/10 amazing for our trip to Punta Cana. Jessica made the whole process so easy for us (people who don't like to plan trips). This is the second time we've worked with her (the first was for our honeymoon) and it did not disappoint! We were able to share with her all of the things we were looking for and NOT looking for in a vacation and she nailed it! She was so knowledgeable and was always on top of responding to our e-mails with questions or thoughts. We will definitely continue to use Step Into Adventure in the future!

Horrible experience with Kate and the owner. We “purchased” the travel insurance just to find out Kate never actually purchased it. Kate confirmed for me to book flights for our trip but had me book the wrong ones so I had to change that- after the sale ended for Southwest. We had to cancel our trip due to a deployment. After months of fighting with the cruise line, trying to use the nonexistent trip insurance Kate ensured us she had purchased for us, and the bank Royal Carribean refunded us and informed us they have opened an investigation on Step Into Advebture. Our bank also informed us that it looked like Kate didn’t purchase our trip tickets until AFTER we told her we wouldn’t be able to go. Overall shady, unprofessional, and not trustworthy.

Melissa and team have booked and managed multiple family vacations and all have gone off without a hitch! Melissa has always been very prompt in communication and she puts in a lot of work to make everything magical. We look forward to using their services for many of our future trips!

I have been booking Disney vacations for our extended family for years. I will never do again! Kelcey took care of everything! She helped us get dining reservations, check in, and offered tons of advice. When we had any issues she was quick to help resolve and offered a listening ear. I cannot say enough good things about her. We will be using her again!

Kelcey was so helpful! We had never been to Disney so this was our first time and we were so glad she answered all our questions! Our flight to Disney was canceled so we actually arrived a day late— Kelcey helped us change all our reservations, etc! Definitely recommend! She responded so fast!
