My friends and I had a blast working together to complete the escape room at Troubled Puzzles. Kyle D. Was fantastic in explaining the rules/expectations— but also keeping things light and fun. Our group was able to successfully escape from the Museum Heist room— which we all recommend if you are looking for a fun, collaborative challenge.

We plan to be back for another experience in the future!

My daughters and I had a wonderful time at Troubled Puzzles Naperville! There were three of us, the youngest was 9 years old. Kyle D was very helpful and encouraging! We played Hackers. We have played several Escape Rooms before, and this room did not disappoint with the variety of puzzles and tech used. We loved the pipe puzzles and the large safe. We are in Naperville and plan on visiting again as the location is very convenient!

I quite enjoyed the Victorian murder mystery escape room. Our game master, Ashley, was very helpful and was patient with my many questions and comments. We had eight people, which is perhaps too many for one room, and the room had too many keys (not as interesting as other forms of lock), but overall it was still a great experience and we were able to barely escape and solve the murder! I would recommend.

Had a lot of fun, Victorian room is very challenging, it’s a murder mystery AND escape room and with only two people we didn’t really have the time to do both, so I’d do that room with a larger group. Still had a lot of fun though. Kyle was a great host and super helpful.

Connor the game master was amazing! We came in as a group of 2 with beginner skill levels. We played the HACKERS room, which had unique puzzles and clues. We enjoyed the color puzzle! We traveled about 50 minutes to play! We both had a great time!

I did the Victorian room with a number of friends and escaped with only nine seconds left! Overall it was a great experience and a lot of fun. My game master, Ashley, was super, and I would highly recommend this location for a fun time doing an escape room.

We had a really fun time trying to escape the Museum Hiest at Troubled Puzzles. Unfortunately, we did not succeed, but Kyle was a great help with providing key clues. Can't wait to try again soon!

We had a smaller group, just 4 of us, and none of us had done an escape room before. We all had a blast. It was so much fun. We did the Hideaway room at the Naperville location and Connor was our Gamemaster. He did a great job and helped us as needed. Would definitely go back and try one of the other rooms.
