Norma Jean was buried here has a nice Monument also has a great playground for the children picnic tables great place to have a picnic let the children play

A very interesting piece of small town history. My kids loved the park as well. There is also basketball courts and a pool that is open in the summer nearby.

this is a very unique place because nowhere else in the state of Illinois has there been an elephant which has perished in the way that this young elephant. At the grave of Norman Jean the circus elephant who was killed in the year of 1973 there is also the Oquawka muncipal pool as well as a great Park for children to play at which includes swings and jungle gyms and things of that sort for younger children and then for the older children there is skate park and basketball court
