First and last time ever attempting to buy from here. Saw they had the gun I’d been looking at for months “in stock”. I tried calling multiple times before purchasing to confirm that it was ACTUALLY in stock because we all know how some stores are with websites and inventory, especially on a popular gun like the scorpion. Was on hold for over half an hour and no one picked up, (this is also 30min after the shop opens up btw). Tried a few more times for the online extension then decided to try calling in store. They pick up immediately just to forward me back to the online extension before even giving me a chance to talk, and they STILL don’t pick up.

I decided to buy the gun anyway. A few hours later try calling again and FINALLY some lady from the online extension picks up. I tell her I just made a purchase and wanted to confirm the gun was actually in stock. She tells me inventory has confirmed it and it’s set to be pulled for shipping. I also asked about the other scorpion they had in stock and they confirmed it was in stock as well and just cost more because it had extra mags. This was last Thursday.

Today on Monday they send me an email saying the gun is out of stock and they’re refunding me. I call back and get the exact same lady I spoke to on Thursday and ask what happened. She tells me an hour after she called and confirmed to me the gun was in stock that inventory called her to claim it wasn’t. And they waited the entire weekend before notifying me (which technically they didn’t because I called them). I asked her about the other gun or were they going to attempt to do anything to make it right and she responds with an attitude saying all we’re going to do is refund you.

Mistakes happen, but this is unacceptable. I waited MONTHS for this gun to come back in stock and spent almost an hour on total phone time trying to confirm that it was. Just to be told yes then no a few days later when I could’ve bought elsewhere that are also out of stock now. And the attitude compounded with zero regard just tells me this place isn’t respectable business. Save your money, buy elsewhere.

Love this family owned store. It’s hidden gem!! Great prices, friendly staff and knowledge personnel who don’t treat you like you have no idea what you are doing(shhh I am new to this)!! We have made several trips over this past month and never leave empty handed!! If 10/10 was an option you guys deserve it!!

Great experience. Ordered Tuesday morning and had my gun on Friday. Make sure they have your updated FFL form and the gun will ship quick. Will definitely use them again.
