Zap zone was was an amazing experience for my kids aged 10/12. There was so much for them to do and for $40 a person for unlimited game play and an arcade card was cheap. It was a great way to spend a snow day. Ally was amazing with the kids and so friendly and helpful. We will definitely be returning in the future. Thanks for making our day great

we did the escape room & glo golf. we accidentally chose the hardest level escape room lol but it ended up being a great time! we were so close to finishing that the worker gave us an extra few minutes which was so nice! when other people are in the other escape rooms you can hear them as if you're in the same room. glo golf looked cool but it was a pretty underwhelming course.

My son’s birthday event was hosted in the zap zone at Waterford. Amazing experience, Kids all loved it , staff were receiving very well and we were not forced by anyone to leave though there was dedicated time slot. Special mention to the front reception girls. Definitely recommend this place for arcade games , laser tag , pixel floor , bounce house , mini golf , Ninja zone jr , bumper cars. Hosting birthday party here is the best thing to do. Kudos to the owner.

I am so grateful for both the owners and managers of Laser Tag Waterford MI. My family and I had an emergency during Christmas that rendered me in a helpless situation. I had nowhere to go and limited resources to calm the storm for seven children. I drove around before mustering up enough courage to go inside Laser Tag and explain that I needed help from the owner/ manager with a promise to pay it forward or to do whatever it took that day for my children to have peace and enjoy being kids while I worked my unexpected crisis out. . The owner/ manager empathized and immediately reassured me that I came to the right place and that everything would be okay.. They handled my situation with kit gloves and created an opportunity for my kids to have a meal and play, having the time of their lives. They treated me/ us with the highest level of respect as they did everyone else and I can tell that they are called to do the work they are doing in the community. They replaced solemnness with smiles and laughter. I would like the community to know that this establishment is the truth and I pray that the love and support to their business is reciprocated.

Place could be amazing but it was frustrating how under staffed they seemed. Prices are outrageous. The lack of staff at each activity made it pretty frustrating to enjoy them to the fullest. Multiple laser tag equipment was broken my daughter played two games and had a broken gun both times. If management/owner cares to address these issues it could be a great place.

Fun place to go to once in a great while. You could probably have more fun elsewhere for less though.

Ally was a great host to me and my son. She made are time at zap zone a blast and can’t wait to come back because of her. thank you for hiring such a sweet stuff member. My son said she was really nice to him and was kind enough to play laser tag with us
