Por el hecho de haber dejado una cajetilla de cigarrillos en la habitación, la administración del hotel inmediatamente acusó a mi familia de haber fumado en la habitación. Es más multó con US $ 250 por este hecho, aparte de haberlos amenazado con expulsarlos del hotel.

Lo peor fue el cobro duplicado de dos habitaciones, usamos cuatro y se me cargó seis. Como dejé el hotel el sábado, la excusa para solucionar la situación fue que los bancos estaban cerrados. Aún no corrigen bien la información y aún no se que me están cobrando.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious, modern, and spotless, with a super comfy bed that made it hard to leave in the mornings. The highlight was the balcony with a breathtaking view of the water—it was the perfect spot to relax.

The saltwater pool was fantastic, and my kids had a blast swimming and playing for hours. The gym was well-equipped, and I loved having the convenience of on-site laundry. Every staff member was friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. I can’t wait to return for another fun and relaxing getaway! Highly recommend!

This was a great hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located next to several restraunts and the staff was able to give many good recommendations. I enjoyed the reception in the evening and talking with the staff.

We've stayed at this hotel twice and it was outstanding on both visits. Friendly, polite staff welcome you when you walk in the door. Our requests and preferences were accommodated. Our room was fresh and clean with plenty of towels. Love having a refrigerator in the room too. Hotel was quiet which we appreciate. No loud guests to wake you during the night. The common areas of the hotel are clean and welcoming and the lobby had fresh ice water and spa water available for guests. We ate breakfast at the hotel and there was a nice selection of hot and cold foods. All was fresh and clean. Breakfast attendant kept buffet full and quickly cleaned any tables that were vacated. Lovely location as the hotel is right on the Rock River. Our room had a screened balcony overlooking the river. Definitely recommend this hotel! We will definitely stay here anytime we are back in town.
