My children and I decided to go bowling this evening. The process was smooth, and the lady who assisted us was very pleasant, even when the pins weren't set up properly. Afterward, we decided to order a few appetizers, specifically mozzarella sticks and onion rings. I approached the lady working at the bar, who was attempting to fill a pitcher for another customer. I waited for a couple of minutes before she informed me that it would be faster to place my order at the front desk, despite there being only one person ahead of me. I chose to wait, and she took my order, albeit somewhat unfriendly. As a server myself, I still left her a tip. Twenty minutes elapsed, and there was no sign of my food or the server. Several patrons attempted to obtain drinks and food during this time, appearing equally perplexed. Eventually, a man emerged and began assisting everyone, striving to rectify the situation. I inquired about my onion rings and mozzarella sticks, and he apologized, assuring me that he would expedite their preparation. He explained that only two staff members were managing the entire establishment. He delivered my food, reiterating his apologies and displaying genuine sincerity, while also seeming somewhat frustrated. I later discovered that the woman who took my order had departed mid-shift. I would like to express my gratitude to the man for his exceptional kindness and efforts to accommodate the customers. Unfortunately, I did not catch his name, but he certainly deserved more than the $20 I provided as a gesture of appreciation.

I’m extremely disappointed in the customer service. First, I had been emailing for over a week with the event staff to have 2 VIP lanes booked for last night. Got there, no lanes! We worked with it and rented 2 regular lanes for 2 hours. We had a fairly large party who ordered food and drinks. The bartenders were not friendly and quite frankly, they were just rude. Food was okay, but we waited over an hour for a cheese bread. Food came out incorrectly and nothing was done to try to rectify it. Again, customer service was really lacking. We did in fact have a good time bowling, but there is definitely room for improvement.

When we arrived we were the only people there which was nice. We played the arcade games that had a pretty good selection to choose from and Laser tag. The equipment worked well and the laser tag course was fun it's 2 levels. We would go back.

I came here with family to bowl and eat some pizza. The bowling and arcade area was fun however, the customer service was not there. We paid for our game and 3 pizzas they told us our food would come up soon. We played a whole hour game and still no food so we asked them about it and was told all orders have been taken out and they had no order for us and was very rude and there was multiple people also waiting outrageous time for pizza. I feel they really need to work on order management and organization more and at least have people that know what they’re doing talking to the customers

Went with a group of 9 (5 adults and 4 kids). We had a good time! It was a Friday night and not too busy.
The bowling alley advertised $35 for an hour or $5 per person. I rented two lanes for two hours and we didn’t even finish an entire game. I spoke with a manager and he refunded my $70 and re-rang me up at $5 per person for $45. I was satisfied with the resolution, but the $35 per lane per hour seems like it would rarely benefit anyone and shouldn’t be offered or employees should warn customers if it’s not a fair price.
We played laser tag after bowling and had a blast!
We also played in the arcade. There were no games out of order as previous reviews stated. We bought cards at the self service kiosk to pay for the games. On one card we spent $20 and got $25. On the other card we spent $40 and got $52. But then we saw a sign at the register that said spend $20 and get $30… just like with the bowling they have different pricing and unfair…. The pricing practices are deceiving… There are more prices that are different online. This is a fun place to go, be cautious about the price you pay as it varies.
