I took my daughter to the Lake Barrington location for laser tag, as she’s has played at the Milwaukee location . She had an absolute blast and even convinced me to join in and I have to say, it turned out to be a great workout! There were so many great and unique game modes to choose from, which kept the experience exciting and fun. The manager and front-end staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, making sure we were checked in and ready to play in no time. Our game marshals, Sam and either Valerie or Veronica (apologies for not remembering exactly), were fantastic, they were not only friendly and knowledgeable but also went above and beyond to ensure we had a fun and smooth experience. Overall, the staff was outstanding, the game modes were diverse, and the facility is top-notch. Highly recommend checking it out!

Look. There's a lot I could say. I mean the passion, the technical ability, the moment Jaden and I locked eyes as the enemy was approaching. We became brothers that night. ........ Anyways, it was a great time. Would recommend

Brought a group of 17, ten year olds here for a surprise party for my son. The staff was so fun and helpful for every step. They were all extremely accommodating, helpful, and easy to communicate with. On the day of the party, we made adjustments to the party count, duration of play, and even room set up. The staff was friendly, helpful and worked great with the kids.
I cannot say enough good about how wonderful every staff member was. Thanks Battle House. We will be back!!!

They are very nice and helpful. They allow you to do many things and helps with real world scenarios. as well as guns are very realistic will definitely recommend to others and it’s very a cool experience.

Great place. Was told if we didn’t like the first game we could get a refund. It was sensory over load, the instructions were very rushed and unclear. Too advanced for us and when the first game was over, we were given free game. Not a refund. Great for older kids but not for everyone.

This game is very fun and The game modes are really cool. Also, the workers are very nice and cooperative. I definitely recommend the upgrades because they are very fun.
