Came here with my wife and another couple. None of us had ever done an escape room before, so we weren't sure what to expect. We ended up having a great time doing the Mad Scientist room!

Jackson did an awesome job preparing us for what to expect. As he mentioned during his intro, he would provide tips IF it appeared we were getting completely stuck on a task. He did a good job of guiding us in the right direction when we really appeared to have no idea or were veering off in the completely wrong direction. It was nice to be left on our own to try and solve the puzzles, but not waste all our time working to overcome one step.

I would definitely recommend this for anyone who has never tried an escape room, but has been interested. The room can accommodate up to 8 people, but we only had 4 in our group and nobody else booked to join us. That was actually ideal, because 8 seems like it may have been too many. As Jackson mentioned at the start, the tasks are pretty linear, so you usually need to focus your attention on the one at hand before going on to something else. 8 people crowding around the same clue feels like it may have been too many, especially if you don't know 4 of those people.

We were all happy with Jackson, Vault Escape, and are definitely looking forward to coming back to try Inheritance.

Did my first two escape rooms today! I really enjoyed both. we finished the Genie room in a little less than half the time. The blizzard room we did after and it was definitely a bit more challenging! The owners were super friendly. Great experience, I definitely recommend it. I’m looking forward to going back!

Absolutely loved it! Went with my roommate & we had a blast. I'd never done an escape room before, but have always liked solving clues, riddles, etc. so i was super excited to try this place out...and it exceeded expectations!

We did the inheritance room & some clues were definitely challenging but still solvable (maybe with the help of a hint), so you're still progressing and not just stuck on one clue the entire time. The owner was SUPER friendly & made the experience all the more enjoyable! There's another room called the "Mad Scientist" & we've already got plans to go back. I would (and have) recommend it to anyone! Such a fun night - and we didn't even escape!

We just had a great time at the Vault. We did the Mad Scientist it was fun and challenging. There were five of us and all of us had plenty to do. We had to make use of some clues which helped a lot. The owner was very friendly and helpful. I was so glad we found this place. I will definitely try to go back.

This was my first experience doing an escape room and it was totally Amazing! The rooms are spectacular and the clues are fun as well as challenging to find as you try to Escape. We had so much fun!!! You will not be disappointed! I’m definitely going back!

We just did the Mad Scientist room. It was awesome! The puzzles are challenging and fun. The owner was so nice and just talking to her you can feel the passion she has for the game. I can't wait to get my team (family) back together and try the other room.
