We’ve been using Hatfield for years and are never disappointed with our service! No matter when we call a Technician arrives within a few hours, if we even have to wait that long. Every interaction from Office Staff to Technician has always been great. Today Patrick & James were at my home and extremely patient, answered every question I had and explained what they were doing the whole time! If you need HVAC service definitely call Hatfield!!

I Mr gregg notify the Hatfield heating air promptly in reference about my heating system wasn't operating properly that on December 3 2024 . I then notify hatfied emergency call services heating air again on the December 7 2024. Notify them again in reference about heating system wasn't operating properly again that the technician reused a burt wire to reservice wire them burt wire instead of replacing it. with a new wire .

No relation but would claim them. I would love to holler a BIG shout out to Hatfield Heating and Air. My AC went out yesterday and I thought oh no, not on a Friday afternoon in this heat...long story short...I called (a real person) and the guys came within 45 minutes. They very professionaly and courteously made the repair and were on their way in 30 minutes. Good job! It is hard to find this type service these days and I am thankful. It was close to 100 degrees outside this day. Phew!

David and Patrick were professional from the moment they arrived to the time they left. My questions were thought answered with the explanation that I could understand. They were very thorough with cleaning the unit outside and the unit in the attic. I give this team a 10. David has service my previous house and this house. It is always good to have him come back. This is the first time meeting Patrick, and would recommend him to anyone.

We called them at 5pm on a Saturday afternoon and they were here before seven. Fixed a clogged, leaking unit, cleaned the lines, and explained everything in easy terms. Technician David was personable and professional. Will definitely use again.
